They (driver brought along a companion) cleared off the coins and then drove me to the pharmacy...not a pleasant experience.

If I call for a taxi at 2 in the morning, I really shouldn't have to wait two hours for you to have a taxi available. I know, I know, I should call ahead. But Shamrock, there's a reason I need a taxi and it doesn't involve 4 or 5 glasses of water. In fact, if I'm calling from Tony's, there's a pretty solid chance it involves glasses of straight vodka. And I have no idea what time it is until that light comes on. Shamrock, I'm sure your income on Friday and Saturday nights is enough to cover your operating expenses for the whole week, but if you added more taxis between the hours of one and three AM you could probably triple your income. I can't count the number of times I've walked home, or called friends, or called friends' PARENTS for a ride home. So please, hire more nice drivers (DRIVERS, you are the reason for those two stars cause you guys are awesome), buy some more cars and maximize your fare possibilities. I finally called and canceled (another 10 minutes on hold) and miraculously got ahold of friend for a last minute ride. 10 minutes on hold with each of 4 calls to their phone asking where my ride was. "Oh, sorry, we talked to the Fort Dispatcher and they'll have someone there right away." an hour later.....nothing. 3 times. "Oh, sorry, right away." And I'm standing in the cold in front of the tallest freakin office building in Fort Collins!!! Next time I'm walking or taking a bus. Hell, I need the exercise, but it was COLD. This company is a joke. Don't bother. I am very proud of myself for even keeping the barest modicum of civility on the phone with them. If there was a zero or negative star rating I could give here, they'd get it from me.
