We got a drive up climate controlled unit and it is really clean, the temperature and humidity have been maintained well. The staff is fantastic and they are open 7 days a week which is super nice when getting payments in or if you need help with anything. They were even able to get us a 2nd unit right next door to the first one, which has made moving into the units so easy! I would highly recommend AAA Storage. In making a claim to the insurance you pay for monthly at this storage, the insurance wants photos of the possibly damaged furniture. This rodent infested storage company will not monetarily assist with removing my furniture to obtain photos, nor have they offered to move my belongings out and address their obvious rodent infestation. Instead, storage management provides a copy of your contract that purports to absolve them from any responsibility in this matter.
