As I needed assistance sooner, I contacted one of the other MidWest Dental locations and received a call back as they had a last minute cancellation and were able to get my issue handled. When calling Midwest Dental - Green Bay East to give them the courtesy of letting them know I no longer needed the mid-March appointment (more than 3 weeks away); I was told that as I went elsewhere I would have to transfer my information as they would no longer be accepting me as a client. I find it incomprehensible that since I was able to find help more quickly that my business was no longer welcome at their location for the Midwest Dental - Green Bay East office.

I had tried another office and was going to have to wait several months to get in! I have A LOT of anxiety about going to the dentist. Even a simple cleaning stresses me out so much but I honestly felt so understood and cared for from the moment I walked in! From the front office staff to my hygienist to Dr. Schaefer there was nothing but kindness, patience and NO DENTAL SHAMING! Thank you for understanding that I need to use the nitrous oxygen to get through the appointment and not making a big deal about it.
