I purchased a Chevrolet Silverado from the Chevrolet dealership in Green Brook less than a month ago. At the time of purchase, the dealership specifically sold and promised me a 3-year dealership warranty, giving me confidence that they would stand behind the vehicle if any issues arose.
Within a very short time, multiple warning lights came on the dashboard. When I contacted the dealership to have the truck inspected and repaired under the dealership's own warranty, they refused to help and would not honor the coverage they promised when they sold me the vehicle.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When I called and asked to speak with the manager to resolve the issue, he hung up on me instead of addressing my concerns professionally. It is extremely frustrating to spend thousands of dollars on a vehicle and then be treated this way when a problem appears less than a month later.
I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. They sold me a vehicle with a promised 3-year dealership warranty but refused to honor it when I needed it. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here unless you are prepared to deal with poor customer service and a dealership that does not stand behind its own promises. read more
