It was my first experience in using a cab company. Understandably, I was apprehensive being a female. But green cab 209 services were exceptionally professional, courteous, on time and willing to do whatever you needed him to do to make your experience pleasurable. BB my driver was very helpful in escorting me in to the surgery center for my procedure. He went the extra mile for me. On my return trip his wife TT was my driver. She was also accommodated my medical needs. She was very social, Conversational and as all mothers showed pictures of her beautiful family to me which I enjoyed tremendously. My first choice was Uber but unfortunately none were available at the time I need it which was 5 AM and none were available in the area I needed which I did not understand but it all worked out perfectly because I met two fantastically wonderful people that day. Thank You So please use green cab 209 for any of your needs they will accommodate you in anyway you ask. I certainly recommend green cab 209 to all my friends and family members. read more

Not a customer, but called a cab for a disable gentleman patronizing my establishment. The driver was incredible rude, called the customer "retarded" and "slow." He threatened to leave him on the street if he didn't hurry up. What a disgrace! read more

I attempted to reserve a pick up 4 days in advance. Never received a response. I called the day prior to coordinate. This time it was successful. I stressed the importance of needing to be picked up by a specified time so I can get the car rental place when they opened in order to make it to my destination on time. This was acknowledged. It was agreed that I would call the morning of pick up, which I did. However, I reached his voicemail. I sent a text. No response. As the requested time to be picked up passed, and still no taxi, phone call, or text, I ended up having to drive my personal vehicle on a 500 mile round trip for work purposes. Needless to say, I will not be contacting them again. read more

We just used Green Cab and had a great experience!! I called about 2 hours ahead of our reserved a pick up at an off airport rental car agency. Bee B answered the phone and was very pleasant and helpful. Bee B picked us up on time and again provided excellent service. The car was clean and their prices are lower than yellow cab. I will always use them when needing a cab in Stockton. read more

Being rude to the customers is not the way to get repeat business. Plain and simple uber is the way to go. The only thing is ride share companies are not allowed at the Stockton Airport. Calling for a taxi is the only option sometimes. read more

So often the taxi service gets a bad rap and this going to happen with this review. Did you think it would be different this time? Really think about it waiting an hour for a cab when they say 15 minutes isn't going to cut it anymore with uber right around the corner most of the time. You get to see the uber drivers name and car as they arrive. Download the app today and receive service from uber also you can rate the driver straight from the app. As they arrive they say your driver is arriving soon or something like that. read more

Had a bad experience yesterday with this company. Called them and got a quote for a ride for $60 then my wife told me she had to pay $80. That was the first problem. Then I tried to find out if my wife was picked up and called the dispatcher. He gave me a number and told me to call the cab driver directly. I did that and the cab driver told me he was in Modesto - about 1/2 hour from where he should be; I was really livid. However driver arrived with my wife and son but the problem was with the dispatcher giving me wrong information. read more

I had a very good experience with Green Cab. I got his ride from Stockton Metropolitan airport to Stockton downtown. I had called for the yellow cab and was told my ride will be at the airport in 30 minutes. 40 minutes pass, I call them back and get told it will be 20 more minutes. 10 mins later I get a call from them saying my ride will be there in few minutes. So I go outside to wait for yellow cab (It was windy and cold evening). Few minutes in Green cab pulls over and he asks me if I need a ride. I inform him I have called yellow cab and am waiting for them. Green cab suggests to call yellow cab to see how far they are just to be fair to everyone. At this time I have already been waiting for yellow cab outside in the cold for 8 minutes. When I call Yellow cab they tell me it will be 10 more minutes! So I cancel their ride and decide to go with Green Cab. The driver "Bebe" was very friendly and helpful. He dropped me off at my destination and even made sure I got in. I asked to be dropped off in a parking garage, but the entrance on that side of the street was closed. "Bebe" waited few minutes before driving off and was very helpful when I asked him if he could drop me off on the other side of the street. Might not look like a big thing but with a big luggage and the quiet street at night, not having to walk around the building was a huge relief. Overall a very good experience. Definitely recommended. read more

this cab company.... where do i start.... first let me tell you i made a yelp account just for this company. literally. they have me so furious. what can say? do not ever, and i mean ever!!! never ever call this company. they made me wait for over an hour even after i made a 530 time call. guess when they decided on there time to show up? 758. thats right nearky 3 hours later they called and yelled because i called a cab company that picked me up as 15 minutes after in called. this company is called a dependable stockton taxi. 209-598-8003. i swear i will never call these idiots or there sister idiot cab known as yellow cab. im so sick of these to cab companys running around nnot speaking english and constantly not picking up on time. if i was bleeding out on the street and had only here numbers in my phone i would willingly lay in the street and get ran over by anyone! read more

Cab 4 less, more like cab 4 lag. Such Bad service. Called this guy an hour and a half before I had to get to my desinations. guy didn't get to my place on the time agreed so I called and he said he was on his way. 20 minutes later I texted him and he said he was barely on his way. I had 5 minutes to get to my desination and in the end he said he couldn't go threw with it, and he left me hang. never using this cabs services anymore. wouldn't recommend it unless he's right in front of you already, and then he still takes the long ways. read more

DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE!!! They have horrible business practices and customer service. They will flat out lie to you and have absolutely no respect for your time. One of the worst cab experiences I have ever had. We called them 4 times to make sure they were coming and they said they were on their way each time. They didn't show up and we missed our train. Green Cab is BS.... They are liars and will have you waiting on them for hours. I called them twice and both times they said they were on their way and never showed up. They even text me to say how many minutes they would be. I called and the guy said he was in bed and would send his brother, the brother never showed up. I end up calling (209)598-8003. I called these guys yesterday morning to get my wife to work. The dude says 'oh yeah be there in 10 minutes'. 20 minutes pass, still not here, I call him and he says hes another 15 minutes away. We keep waiting. i call back and he ignores my calls and keeps forwarding them to dispatch. Dispatch acted like they were appalled with how he was handling our pickup but then told me to just text the guy. I did that and he never came. My wife had to walk to work and was 45 minutes late. Horrible service. Who does that?? I wouldn't recommend these guys at all. Plenty of other good cabs in town. read more

I called green cab an hour before I needed to be picked up and they said they'd be there. They never showed up. I called them back and they kept giving me different numbers to call only to be told by that person to call the original number that I dialed. When I called the original number no answer at all. These people just cost me the $60 I had paid to attend an important seminar and showed no remorse whatsoever. Avoid this cab service like the plague! They are completely unreliable and could care less about their fares. I gave them one star only because this site required me to do so. If I could give them minus 5 stars, I would. read more

Green cab says they are 24 hours and I've used them in the past for transportation to the ACE train station but this time they first wouldn't answer the phone and when I did get them I was denied service ! As I stated I have used them before but whom ever was on the phone was rude and very unhelpful ! Don't use them if you can use another cab service they suck !
