Our most recent technician, Macryan Aguilar Gonzalez, was amazing and truly went above and beyond. He didn't rush through the process, was friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job. I also love that their treatments are pet- and baby-safe, and that I don't have to leave my home during service. I've seen some reviews mentioning difficulty reaching customer service, but that hasn't been our experience at all, I've always been able to speak with a live person. Robbie helped me with rescheduling and was thorough, understanding, and provided exceptional service. Just a heads up for anyone new: bugs don't disappear completely after the first treatment , it takes consistency. We've been using Axiom for about five months now, and compared to a year ago, the difference is huge. No more stink bugs! If you're wondering whether it's worth it , yes, it absolutely is. The people in the office are callous and are not open to discussing terminating the this "trap"!!

The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

I really trust responsive people who are good communicators, so after a little bit of texting with other companies I decided to go with Robin's pest solutions and he came to spray right away. After a week, there were still some angry bees. He said about 95% of the time one spray works with one shot, but the work is guaranteed for a year. I texted him and he came out immediately once again and sprayed the heck out of that area. The first time around he sprayed the whole house which was a bonus. It's been another week and I haven't seen any bees. I feel comfort in the fact that the service is guaranteed for a year and face-to-face he's a really really really personable guy. Great, another day where I need a service call on Labour Day Weekend (if anyone knows me -- I…read morealways run into problems on a holiday weekend - be it Memorial Day, Labour Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving... you name it, I've had problems then!). Anyway, I was notified by my HOA that I had a hornet's nest on my patio. Frantically, I sent out a blast-request on Yelp for an immediate hornet nest removal request for quote (with pictures). It turned out (Thanks for helping to identify!) that this was a bald-faced hornet nest - similar to yellowjackets, but WOW, these bugs were HUGE. Jacob from Robbins Pest Solutions (Jacob R - I assume he's Jacob Robbins) answered the call quickly and efficiently! For a $250 flat rate (they'll come back if they rebuild the nest within a few days), he showed up ON LABOR DAY (today!) at 1:30pm (within the timeframe of 12pm to 2pm that he quoted me on Yelp Messaging), and quickly set to work cutting down the hornet nest. First, he sprayed the inside with a flower-based insecticide - that was pressurized, but didn't need a pressure washer to go with it. Then, he took the scraper thing (you normally use these for wallpapers) and scraped off the nest, putting it in an industrial-sized bucket. Finally, he dusted off the top area to get rid of any residue (and I assume to prevent future hornets from rebuilding a new nest). Given that hornets only build nests for a single season, I reaaaally hope they don't come back to my place. But if they do, I know who I'm contacting. Thanks, Robbins - for the fast, friendly service, and for getting this done on a day that most people would be relaxing and not working. Verdict: I highly recommend this business!!

We had almost 30-40 carpenter ants coming into the house each day and the products from the hardware store did not work. I was surprised to see Ulises offer the exterminating service with multiple follow up visits included and no payment until the ants were exterminated, true risk free guarantee. Other pest control services required payment up front and payment for follow up visits. Ulises was very professional and informative, explaining our situation with the surrounding wooden material/habitat and flat roof structure as it could've taken up to 8 weeks until completion. We had one follow up visit and the ants were gone in 2 weeks. I highly recommend Iliad Pest Management and will be a returning customer for future pest needs.

I asked him what that meant, he said it was like an air purifier. He was told we would be only paying for the air duct clean and the product itself. He was originally quoted $800 for the cleaning and the air scrubber for a $1600 package deal. We have an Aerus Air Scrubber cut in and installed into our HVAC system. As I walked in the door that night from work, I said, "why does it smell like an ozonator in here?" He asked me what that was. I explained that it was something that sucks the oxygen out of room to remove strong orders quickly. Companies that do Bio-hazard clean-up and restoration commonly use these machines. I am very familiar with this smell, as I have been in property management for 15 years. In fact, I own a small one for vacant homes. Ozone machines can make people very ill. My husband immediately notified Jim, the owner, that my son and I were smelling this odor and were getting headaches and our eyes were watering. It's important to note: we experienced NONE of these symptoms before AirCare USA. Jim claimed that they do not use ozone as they tried that once and he knows its bad. He had no idea what we could be smelling. Maybe it was the "sanitizer" they spray in the machine. He asked us to give it a little while longer. A week passed and still the smell was there and we were even more sick. I got on a step stool and unplugged the machine. When we called to ask them to remove it "100% Customer Guarantee" they pushed us out weeks. The day before the appointment I called Jim and asked how we would be reimbursed. He told me it would be up to Alex and he wasn't sure how much but he would cut us a check. Late that evening I received a text telling me we were not receiving anything back. During the appointment, Alex told my husband we would only see a refund had they been able to get their money back from the company. My husband asked why we should be on the hook for $1600 for something that was making us sick, Alex asked why HE should be on the hook for it. They buy these units in bulk and can't return them. He also said there was nothing in the unit and he has no idea what we would smell. As Alex was leaving my husband had to ask for our piece of equipment back that makes us sick, that they were going to take and not refund us any money. We have a patch in our HVAC system, you cannot find this model number of air scrubber on the internet anywhere and we are still out money. This was our experience with AirCare USA.

Once all the power and heat was turned on, Jay went above and beyond going through all the parts of the house. The thing that really stood out though was that Jay was straightforward and honest in his assessment. I work on a lot of houses, so all the figures he gave for estimates were pretty much in line with what I would expect. Not too high, like he was selling me on a repair I didn't need. But also not underselling the cost of what needed to get done. To me, there's nothing more valuable then getting accurate information. Don't try and overinflate or udnerflate what costs will be. Just say it like it is and let me decide how to proceed. I will absolutely be using 4 Seasons for future Home Inspection work and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home assessed.

Titan conducted an inspection for the seller of the home I was interested in purchasing. Titan said…read morehome was in good shape, furnace was 0k and roof nearing end of life expectancy. Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.
