This business damaged my clothing and refuses to resolve any issues. The owner of the store is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. He will talk down to you, and demean you. He's not open to hearing what you have to say. From seeing all the similar reviews, it's clear he believes his business does no wrong. The main issue with Green Cleaners is the stealing problem they have among their staff. I paid less attention to other reviews about this but I made sure I would count my pieces both at drop off and pickup. I'm new to the Towne Lake area and despite all the negative reviews I decided to give these cleaners a try because they are cheaper compared to other cleaners in the area, and usually I take about 25 shirts for cleaning every month. When picking up my third order I checked specifically for my favorite shirt, and the most expensive of all, a $245 PINK dress shirt that was not coincidentally sent to another client, it was taken. After following up with the manager, she admitted that most of the turnover they have with employees is related to stealing. Their solution? They would compensate me with a $17 of store credit, which is 10x the price of the service. Meaning that their suggestion is that I keep taking my clothes back to them to recoup $17 out of the $245 they took from me. This is simply irresponsible behavior and only stimulates more thievery with such a juicy deal for them. It's disappointing that there are this kind of businesses in our community and everyone should be alerted of this. Other than that, the quality is not good but if you accept the fact that they are cheaper there should be no complain about it, you simply get what you pay for. Just beware and accept the fact that loosing clothes to them will end up being a much more expensive and frustrating option. read more

The worst treatment of the manager I've ever received. They destroyed an expensive work shirt with holes and stained light burnet and were blaming me that I brought it like that. The worst part of this ordeal is the blaming and mis treatment to me verbally. The manager was unapologetic and rude. I will never recommend this dry cleaners to anyone in Cypress. Cont. Story from 3/13/2022- David called ( probably because he saw my first review) long story short- I will NEVER ref. Anyone to use Green Cleaners. As a customer for over 8 years and have had some mishaps BUT this one tops all. I decided to wear my mother's ( leather /Suede) coat. For the first time ( she has passed) to a wedding. Picked up my cleaning to find the coat RUINED.. lining ripped apart, iron marks Melted into the coat, spots all over it. David ( owner ) offered $40 . All though the coat is priceless considering the circumstance. it was a insult. I asked for $100-$150 so I could put it toward a new one ( if I could find one) he offered a store credit for $80, -I told them about The jacket when dropped off - no call when it was damaged , -customer for years and years- they don't care to Keep returning customers . They could have cared less when I left in tears after seeing my mothers coat . Never again. picked up jacket and told David to keep his $40. read more

They have lost my clothes, stained my shirts and have given me someone else's clothing. You get what you pay for here. Spend the extra .50 per item, and go somewhere else. At least this way you have a better chance of getting YOUR clothes back and getting them back not ruined. read more

I love this Dry Cleaners, because they open at 6am which is perfect pickup/dropoff time before work. Same day pickup if dropped off before 9am. Always quick to grab my clothes and ring me up. I have moved and still drive out of my way to go here, even when there are about 7 closer dry cleaners to my house. Very trustworthy! I drop off approx 8 pairs of slacks and 12 button downs each time and it runs me approx $40. read more

We moved to Bridgeland a year ago. Tried MW Cleaners on fry rd by HEB. Very good but horribly expensive! Can't justify that. Tried another near Shell station at Mound rd. Horrible horrible horrible. We now love this cleaner. Have been there now at least 20 times and even use them for alterations. Both hubby and I are VERY pleased and prices are the best of what we've seen in the area. One star only because I can't give zero stars. Took the same pair of pants back 3 times they still never actually dry cleaned them. This time when I picked them up I showed them all the wrinkles so they press then a tiny bit while I waited. Took less than 2 minutes. Still no crease. The prices here are affordable and I love their quick services! I received all of my husband's dress shirts and my dresses (stains were all gone!!) the next day without any issues! Started using this dry cleaners around August on the recommendation of friends. Recently, I took home a few of my shirts and after two days noticed that one of them had a good sized rip in it near the collar (found when I went to wear the shirt one morning). It was about two inches long and not a clean tear, but looked like a rip with the fabric pulled apart and still strands connecting the two sides. When I took it back, I was told "our tears don't look like this" from the lady I spoke with. Long story short, they were skeptical, which I understand, but not helpful. We have been using this place for years and it has gotten worse and worse. First they told our daughter that they didn't have our dry cleaning and luckily she had a copy of the receipt ,proving the clothes were dropped off there. Then they found the 30 shirts about 10 minutes later. This time it s worse 2 of my husbands shirts were torn on the sleeve. I went back and showed them and I was told the manager would call me , which never happened so 2 days later I went back in and they took a picture of the shirt to show the manager. Guess what , still no call , so I called back and asked for the manager ,she said she never heard about the complaint. She wanted me to drive back over there to show her the shirt and I said I had driven over twice and I wanted a call from the owner. So far that hasn't happened. read more

We started using this cleaners in 2012 and they were okay. Unfortunately recently they have gone from bad to worse over the last few month, I think due to staff changes. Creases in trouser that were labelled to press flat and vice vera. Only one level of starch as well - Cardboard. The lady who does alterations is very good its just a shame using the cleaners is Russian roulette if you are going to be walking around like your grandpa with creases in your jeans. I brought my large ball gown wedding dress to Green Cleaners 2 years after my wedding. After moving a couple times my dress got lost in translation and never received proper attention. The top lace portion of my dress had a large brownish colored stain that ran from the middle of the bodice down to the end of the tulle (most likely someone spilt their drink and it was allowed to ferment for a couple years)! I was doubtful the stain would be removed completely and would have been entirely happy if it was just faded a little. I WAS SO SHOCKED AND HAPPY to see the stain COMPLETELY gone! The gown looks nearly brand new and I am so pleased with the price of service and results that I received. read more

I have to say I am surprised at all the negative reviews. My family worked in dry cleaning for years so perhaps I have different perspective and expectations of discount cleaners. This place does a fine job, been using them since July 2015. Prices are cheap, service is friendly and prompt, they have never lost any of my clothing, never damaged any or delayed cleaning any. My only minor gripe is sometimes the way clothes are stored shirts get a crease line....part of that is my fault as I leave clothes there too long and being pressed against others clothes will lead to creases. When I ask them to repress then do it right on the spot. It's not a big deal....I know it's a discount cleaner.... read more

I brought my clothes with stain which regular water would have removed it. When I picked them up the stain was still there. They said they will do it again. When I picked it up the second time, the stain was still there. I showed them how easily it was to remove by using a wet towel. I believe sometimes they don't wash your clothes, they just iron and give them back to you. It happened twice. read more

Have been taking my clothes here for about a year... the 290 location- customer service is ok. The real issue is always the missing clothes. About 4 months ago... lost a blouse - issued a credit- this morning went to pick up a blouse that had previously not been ready; when I got there- left 3 more garments for cleaning. She the attendant could not find my blouse.... gladly gave her my ticket that stated blouse was not ready on 02/14.... so attempting to pick up now. stated that she could not find the item ... and will issue a another credit. She can keep her credit..... Called back and stated; do not clean my 3 garments; will pick them up and move on from this. Their system of tagging needs to change... or hire some workers who are competent to do the task. read more

I have used them since they opened. Unfortunately, the quality of service has deteriorated with the change of personnel. Recently, I have had several shirts dameged by what i believe is their press process. This past weekend they gave away my order to another customer and even knowing when they did it, were unwilling to check the cameras to see identify who they gave them to. The manager is extremely unprofessional, making claims she did not have keys to the office, and claiming the owner was out of the country and could not be reached until today, April 14, 2014. She promised to call me at noon. At 3:30 PM I attempted to call them and they do not answer their phone. I would strongly suggest finding another cleaners as I will. read more

I took some items to Green Cleaners to have cleaned and one dress to have two inches taken off the bottom and hemmed. The items I had cleaned were wrinkled when I picked them up, but I didn't bother to complain. When I went back yesterday (6/3/14) to collect the dress after having it altered, I was very impressed with the alteration itself, but noticed some very dark stains on the dress. The woman at the counter told me that it wasn't their problem because I didn't bring it in for dry cleaning. If I had a stain, I would have brought it in with my other items to have it cleaned. The dress was new and stain-less so I didn't see a reason to have it cleaned. I left the dress there for their manager to look at today. I called and spoke with Monica, who is supposed to be the manager, and she said that I didn't bring it in for cleaning so it isn't their problem. I explained that even the woman who did the alteration confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the dress when she worked on it so it had to happen at their location. Monica said that alterations are "separate". I asked what that meant iof I paid Green Cleaners for the alteration and that the alteration person is their employee. She then told me that she will have to discuss it with the alteration person and that she will try to remove the stain. I asked her how she planned on doing so because the girls yesterday said that the material was too delicate (chiffon) to try clean. She was very rude when I finally told her I will be there as soon as I can get off of work today to see if they have removed the stains. I just want to mention that I am a white female and I have been raised with and even had long term relationships with people that speak Spanish, so I can understand more than I can speak. When I showed teh girl at the counter the stains, she called another woman over and told her, in Spanish, that they will just trash the dress and that I was just being a B**CH.
