Maria greeted me when I arrived and made me very comfortable to leave one of my favorite silk shirts to be dry cleaned! It was less than a day later I received a text that it was ready for pickup! Wow what great service, compared to Plaza cleaners where the grumpy lady behind the counter is likely to take a week to do a simple dry clean on a silk shirts!!! DO NOT GO HERE! This is one of the worst cleaners in the valley, I was treated like I was the hated in-law in town and I was a burden on them for being there. I had two shirts that had gotten stains on them, so I took them here so that they would remove the stains. They did not remove the stains. They did not ask anything, I walked up and gave them my shirts and was asked to pay and leave, so I made sure to show them the stains anyways. They could barely bring themselves to glance at my general direction, while uncaringly sweeping me out the door. But after returning many days later, I was lucky enough to get my clothes back unscathed. However it was like they waved a wand over the stain and said look it's gone but nothing actually happened, so it felt like I was playing house with my 3 year old niece! When I noticed the damage and took them to show them, I took all the proof that they damaged them. They told me I wated too long even though I had not even put them on after getting them back. As a former business owner, I try to be fair; however I am sick and tired of companies saying one thing and not delivering. Recently took two pair of women's jeans needing zippers replaced to this cleaners. Was reassured they could do the job. Well, no they could not as the replaced zipper in one pair of jeans catches the fronts of my shirt, tearing the shirts and the zipper on the other pair of jeans is difficult to zip and unzip. The zippers installed in both pair of jeans are too big as they are 10 inch zippers for a 5 inch opening. I would much rather the company would have declined the job if they knew they could not accomplish it; than take it on and do a crappy job. Basically, these relatively new jeans either have to be redone or have been rendered useless. And I might add it was not cheap, either. Honesty might be something this company might want to try. read more

I brought a pair of Dockers slacks back because of double creases and a horrible mess on press job in the front as well. Spoke with a manager who declined to fix the press since it had been more than 6 months since they did them. The slacks plus detailed receipt were still in the plastic. If I owned this business, I'd fire the manager immediately. She makes a decision to reject an opportunity to provide reasonable customer service that would get a great review. I brought in 4 brand new vest to have dry cleaned and when I received them back 3 of the vest were missing the clasp that tie the back part of the vest together. I called several times and even brought the vests back to show the vests missing clasp. Manager never replied to my calls. Took the vests in today and showed the manager the missing clasp. She said the other store that does the cleaning did not find anything and that Green Cleaners is not responsible. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Despite the bad reviews, I actually had a great experience. I called on the phone for pricing prior to coming in and was pleased with the offerings so I decided to drop my wedding dress and a bridesmaid dress. For my wedding design dress I decided to clean and preserve it. They told me it would take approx two weeks because they had to send the dress out of the shop. Two weeks passed so I called in, but I guess they had the wrong number. Both of my pieces were washed well, my only complaint is the way my dress sits in the box. I am not super familiar with the preservation process but other photos make it look like the dress is more fitted and secured inside of the box instead of moving all around the box. Overall I paid under $370, which I was happy with. read more

Here's my updated review. Went to put up the cream colored Pottery Barn drapes we picked up back in September. Just like our other drapes, these were not cleaned either. The dust line is still on the top of the drapes. They came back to us wrinkled, dusty and with grease marks on them that were not there when dropped off. I noticed this business claims cleaning is done on site - it is not. It is sent over to another facility in Litchfield Park. I can't stress enough to not take anything to this business. Not sure why they have low ratings on Yelp but my experience was pleasant, I recommend not to write them off based on reviews here, also check Google reviews, (highly rated there) I had them dry clean pilot uniforms (5 pieces), they offered military/veteran discount as well. This dry cleaner has a lot to be said for it's rude customer service and losing your clothing and trying to replace it with someone else's dry cleaning. Our experience has run the gamut of 1 star to 5 stars, hence the 3 rating. Pros- Convenient location and price. Orders almost always on time......usually. Cons - Occasionally Ive had shit(s) returned with damaged buttons. Employee turnover appears to be high resulting in quality issues of pressing and damage. These young kids don't always remember to give you a returnable ditty bag. They misplaced my order yesterday. After a 30 minute search, they concluded it was left at another location. Because I absolutely had to have my uniforms......I drove from Surprise to a Litchfield Park location to get them. Then,.....the 2nd place couldn't find them either. They finally found them after searching for mother 15-20 minutes. My biggest beef: The ambivalence (of both locations) and lack of an apology for being inconvenienced. I recognize errors occur, and ultimately they did their job of locating my uniforms. However, a simple and sincere "I'm sorry" goes a long way with me. read more

Waited until Saturday to get laundry only to be told it could not be found. Then only half could be found and the other half at another location. Was told would be called later for an update. Received no call. Called again on Monday and was told would be ready Monday afternoon as one pants had spots. Again no callback. Today called again and told clothes would be there by 2:30 and I would receive a call. It is now 330 and still no call. I would not recommend this dry cleaner or would use them again. Go to pick up and bedspread torn and covered in lint. Manager refused to refund the $38.00 I prepaid and claimed problem was with manufacturer of bedspread. DONOT use this cleaners. On 12/20/2018, My 83 year old mom went to 2 other cleaners to get a holiday table cloth cleaned. She finally went to Green Cleaners and was told her cleaning would be ready by 12/22/2018 after 4pm. Upon arrival, cleaning not ready and clerk told me, her daughter to return Monday 12/24/2018 by 10am. I arrived at 11am, item still not ready! I was then told by clerk to comeback between 12n - 1pm on 12/24/2018. I wasn't happy and told clerk, the service is unacceptable, and I expect a refund if the item still isn't ready by 1pm 12/24/2018. Clerk replied that "we're unable to do that." Crummy services. Do not take your items to this cleaner. Its obvious that there are new owners the quality has gone down the tubes. Have used since in center by Goodwill and Goodcents. Sent in two runners, both came back with stains that weren't there before. Asked for item to be folded over (attendant did write that up), hung now have uneven shoulders (knit item). Requested blouse to be dry cleaned, it was laundered and they used light starched, now shrunk! So unhappy, won't even go back and complain in person. Just not worth it! read more

I dropped some pants off for alterations. I was told it would take a week and a half. 3 weeks later, I was told they couldn't find them. Over the next month I repeatedly called and stopped I'm to see if they were ready. No one knew where they were. One day I stopped in at 11:30 am and there was a sign on the door they were closed at noon due to lack of employees. Even though it was not yet noon, no one answered the door. Finally, after a month I was told they were found and I went in to picked them up. I got home and found out the alterations were never done! A woman whom was there ahead of me also was having a case of missing pants. Each time I stopped, the employees were on the phone trying to deal with customer problems. This was my first time of using the cleaners. I have been checking out prices at several cleaners to have a down comforter, white, cleaned. Everyone wanted anywhere from $30-$40 to clean it. They had a September special for $14 so I took it there. Came back earlier than expected, cleaned satisfactory, lady was pleasant and the price was right. Also, I didn't notice any of those chemical smells that I sometimes smell when I take clothes to the cleaners. However, after reading all these negative reviews I probably would be careful of what I took there next time. In other words , if it was an expensive item I probably would not do it till I have more of a experience with them. read more

I came from out of town and was looking for a dry cleaners with great reviews. I was disappointed there weren't many with high marks/praise, so this place stood out because of one, five-star rating. We decided to go for it. The store was a bit difficult to find tucked behind another building, but I assure you, totally worth it. The young ladies were friendly and helpful, completely present and working cheerfully. (I love it when people have great customer service skills instead of acting like helping you is the last thing in the world they want to do!) They even gave me a discount because I had a large quantity (16!) of round table cloths needing laundered. Last thing to note, this is a "green" cleaners. My husband and I avoid chemicals, when possible, and believe in stewarding the earth well. So, when we learned they were environmentally friendly, we knew we had found the perfect place! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CLOTHES DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER!!! I dropped off my black suit and once I got it home I saw that Green Cleaners had glued scanning devices inside both my suit jacket and suit pants. I did not authorize this, and when I asked them why they did that all they said was this is how they track the clothes. I told them I wanted it removed and they said they couldn't because it is permanently attached. I dropped off 3 suit jackets and asked them if they can not use any glued in labels and use a method that tracks differently, and they said okay. I picked up my 3 jackets today and now I am want to take them to small claims court. My black Loft jacket that was brand new, now is faded, the gold button is scratched and is hanging by a few threads, and the jacket smells bad, not fresh and clean like it should smell. My red Limited jacket, is faded, still smells like armpit under the arms like the other 2 jackets, smells musty and the collar is folded weird now so it is unwearable. My orange Old Navy pea coat, has a strange greyish tinge to the orange, whereas it was bright orange before, and the collar was not folded properly so the jacket looks weird, and it also smells bad and is not fresh. read more

I purposely bring me cleaning in on Wednesdays to receive the military discount. On March 24th I brought my cleaning in and I didn't recognize the attendant so I ask him, are you still giving the military discount? He said they were, but when he checked me out there was no discount on the receipt. So I pointed that out to him, he said and I quote " I'll give it to you next time. To which I replied , will you remember me next time? He said hr would. I brought more cleaning in on Wednesday April 14th. I ask for the previous discount and the new discount. He only gave me the new discount, I ask him about the old discount and ha wanted my old receipt I didn't bring it because he said he would remember me. When I went back on Friday April 16th I brought the old receipt and he told me he couldn't give me the discount because the sale was final. Now I ask you is it worth losing a two year old customer over $7,54 when in the last 3 weeks alone he's spent over a $100 in cleaning services? If any one reads this my # is 602-291-8678.
