I purposely bring me cleaning in on Wednesdays to receive the military discount. On March 24th I brought my cleaning in and I didn't recognize the attendant so I ask him, are you still giving the military discount? He said they were, but when he checked me out there was no discount on the receipt. So I pointed that out to him, he said and I quote " I'll give it to you next time. To which I replied , will you remember me next time? He said hr would. I brought more cleaning in on Wednesday April 14th. I ask for the previous discount and the new discount. He only gave me the new discount, I ask him about the old discount and ha wanted my old receipt I didn't bring it because he said he would remember me. When I went back on Friday April 16th I brought the old receipt and he told me he couldn't give me the discount because the sale was final. Now I ask you is it worth losing a two year old customer over $7,54 when in the last 3 weeks alone he's spent over a $100 in cleaning services? If any one reads this my # is 602-291-8678. First time using this place I took 5 suits. Every suit came back either wrinkled or damaged. Hems came undone on some of the pants and I'm not real sure what even happened to one of my jackets. All I know is one is ruined, material has bubbled and the liner all bunched up. I spoke to a lady at the front counter and she was rude. Haven't seen a highly rated dry cleaner in this area but definitely DO NOT recommend this place. Buyer beware. read more

This is the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. I left $100 bedspread to be cleaned they charge me before they even sent the product to be cleaned. When I went to pick it up they had it shoved and I mean shoved in a ball in a plastic bag that was ripped when I asked for a new bag the KID working they're busy on her phone said we ain't got any. When I got home the bedspread that was once fluffy and beautiful no more no bounce no more flufffy and the spots they never cleaned I am new to Arizona and this is the worst experience I've had with the cleaners. read more

I have tried pretty much every dry cleaning place in my area & I always end up back at The Clothes Hangar in Surprise. Lol! I tried to find a place that was close to my home but every time I do, the service is not worth me spending money at. (And that's being nice). I've been going to The Clothes Hangar now for over 2 years & I won't go anywhere else. Great service & employees are very helpful & friendly. They get the job done & well. Only gave 4 stars because the gal they have locally do their alterations sewed a cheap button on my husband's jeans & it didn't last a day. That's the only complaint I have. This is my go to dry cleaning place & I'd highly recommend (other than alterations). read more

The first time I brought an item there it was lost It was am irreplaceable item, a handmade rug from Nepal. They gave me a check and store credit. When I went to use the store credit it was 10% of what they told me I would get and I cannot get anyone to adjust. Horrible service and concern read more

I had two pairs of jeans' hems altered. The stitch was crooked and slanted. This should have been incredibly easy, but instead, it looks embarrassing. I cannot speak to the dry cleaning, but I would pass on the alterations. read more

Green Cleaners in Surprise, AZ is our favorite cleaners! My wife and I use them for all of our dry cleaning and laundry needs. They do a terrific job with all of our clothes, especially my shirts! This was my cleaners for many years but the service has been very seriously failing for the past 6 months and is so bad I can't ever see going back. I was having to have items re-cleaned consistently because there were still spots on the items. I would agree with the prior review Do Not Use This Place if you care about your clothes and bedspreads. We brought in our comforter and when we came back they said it ripped while bringing it in from the truck! Whoever heard of this? They said they would tailor it for free but you charge $35 and ruin a new comforter and we're supposed to be ok with this? The staff was very unapologetic and did not seem to care at all. The manager was hiding in the back and letting her poor employee take the brunt of our complaints. Then they kept saying it wasn't ready so we asked for the owner three times to call us by personal messages in the store and via email and they never did! We waited two more weeks and they said they could not find it during this time! Finally we demanded a refund and they could keep the "lost" comforter. I gave them a ticket for my shirt and then they pulled out the comforter! So now I lost my shirt because they must have switched the tickets up! AND the comforter was still dirty-- they never cleaned it! They had it hanging with the other clean clothes on their rack but it was never cleaned! Just an awful experience and it's clear the manager and owners care nothing about this place. read more

This place is absolutely not worth the migraine it'll cause you. I took a dress in to get cleaned on 3/22/19 and they ruined one of the waist ties. I had to take it back in the same day, wait three days, make ANOTHER trip back (yesterday), and it still wasn't totally fixed. I inquired about a refund initially and was told only a manager could approve it but neither were in at the other location. I was also told I'd get a call about it but never received one. It turns out that the clothes don't arrive at the location until 4pm but the managers leave the other location at 1pm. So if you have any problems, you have to wait days to solve it. There's nobody to talk to. I tried calling today and I keep getting a message that says the line is busy. One of the most frustrating experiences I've had dealing with something like this. I'm about ready to give up on getting my $15 back. Save your money and take it somewhere else that actually has some sort of customer service. read more

I have been doing business with laundry for over seven years and had never had a problem. Two weeks ago I gave them a sweatshirt to make alterations on. I have since made five trips to pick up this product and they have yet to produce it. Two days after I took the sweatshirt in, I received a call from the tailor who wanted to verify the work I wanted done. I appreciated his due diligence. However, that was ten days ago. Every time I go back to the laundry they check and tell me it will be ready the next day and every day I go back it's not there. Finally, they called the tailor and then handed me the phone. He said he called me three times and left messages that I didn't return. B---S---. I am retired and most of the time I'm at home but I also have a perfectly good answering machine. Anyway, he apologized and said the sweatshirt would be at the shop on Wednesday, I was unable to get there on that day so I came back on Thursday. STILL NO SWEATSHIRT!!! This is an ongoing story but, obviously, this will be my last transaction with Green Cleaners. read more
