They don't pull permits, they don't know how to design drain systems with safety features in mind, and the owner Niko made false promises multiple times on how they intended to remedy our situation. The design he came up with addressed all of our erosion concerns and netted us a fantastic two level patio set up that gave us plenty of space to cook, eat and relax. The plantings are healthy, plentiful and addressed all of my requests on color, style, etc. Andrew was a breeze to work with from a design standpoint and John and his crew were consummate professions with the install. They started on time, kept us apprised of any issues (of which there were almost none) and were quick to address any questions or concerns I came up with. We bid this project out to multiple vendors. Poul's was not the least expensive (nor the absolute most expensive), but they were the highest quality and best design. Amazing company! We had Kyle come out because we were dealing with ants, stink bugs and mice (oh…read moremy!). After a review of our home, he was able to offer us a quarterly plan that was very affordable and was able to treat everything. We learned a lot too! For instance, did you know the stink bugs hibernate in your walls until Spring? Kyle was able to get rid of our ant problem in one shot. Additionally, he set traps for the mice and found some ingress places we were able to close up. Once we rounded up the mice, we haven't seen any since! He also gave us some advice on how to prevent these kind of issues in the future. The advice coupled with the quarterly plan we are now on, I am certain we are in good hands.
