I never thought i would write a review about a Lawn Treatment Service but I felt i needed to. When i purchased my home, I was left with a lawn with several types of ground cover growing in it. There were bare spots and many, many other issues. In just 2 years, it already looks amazing. I understand that they cannot stop the weeks but you would never know I have them and they are VERY invasive. My lawn is SO green. I love the tech tips they leave each time they visit. And I have never waited longer than a few hours for a reply to one of my questions. I love the personal touch. If you are looking for a company for lawn weed and fertilizer service look no further! Great customer service... Always informed about when they are coming out, special tips on caring for your lawn, informed about what application is made, and if there are any special instructions, (such as safety for pets, mowing height, etc). If you find any weeds between applications, (which I haven't), they will come out and inspect and spray if needed. Their employees are very respectful of your property, always service with a smile, and appreciative of your business. Great value for what I pay. I would not recommend doing business with this company at all! Very unorganized and poorly ran business. I was a customer for 7 years, should be worth something. I requested a special application that was not in stock but needed to be ordered. After the owner of Turf Guys inspected my property he reported back to me that, they have had the sq footage wrong and to continue the cost would be double to over $600 a month. . I call that unorganized! I call that poorly run! Even after all of that, I made an effort to rehire them to be told we don't do that and we are filled anyway. Beware , wouldn't trust them. What a great company! I have been a customer for several years now and my lawn has never looked better! I never have to worry about anything as they show up each month and adjust each application to the time of year and even the weather conditions. They have noticed certain spots that needed additional attention and came out the next week to spot treat those at no additional cost. This is something they just did... went above and beyond without having to be asked and without charging extra! To me this speaks volumes of the type of company they really are.
