What I learned was that the company has a stellar office staff that is super helpful and efficient. I've had numerous conversations with Jane and she's always been polite and helpful. My yard hadn't been maintained very well prior to their visit and I ended up closing out the summer with a beautiful green lawn. Since they did such a great job, I ended up booking the company again to do a core-aeration and overseed in the fall and I can't wait to see the results this summer! I've already signed up for their seasonal package this year and am considering having them install a sprinkler system. Last summer my hosta garden is just about completely gone. I reached out to Mangold to let them know that I had seen two employees spraying in my garden and another pulling up my perennials. They have taken no responsibility and refused to return my phone calls or emails. I also had a hosta garden in my backyard from 2009 and when they put rock down in my neighbors backyard they took all of my 14 year old hostas. They did not replace these, nor give me an explanation as to why they just took them. I am devastated at what my beautiful garden looks like now. Not to mention the amount of money I spent on these gardens on a limited income.
