I took my precious little girl to have her teeth cleaned. They do a wellness visit first. When I…read moretook her, she was fine. I live close. When I got her home, her tongue was blue. I was rushing back, literally within minutes, and called them to alert them. They told me to take her to the emergency vet. I'm sickened by them. They caused her issues and forced me to take her farther because they failed her. They should be ashamed.

The quality has been on a decline for a couple years at this point. They allegedly only have one groomer who works one day a week, which truly sucks. My dog became cage aggressive as a result of the very first groomer we encountered here to start (can't remember her name) which was never an issue any other time she had been groomed elsewhere. Most recently, I had called to set an appointment for her yearly vaccines in anticipation of getting her groomed. When I requested the grooming appointment, I was told that because HE (they consistently say he when my dog is female) is cage aggressive she needs to be with an experienced groomer. This experienced groomer is also the only one available, who only works Wednesdays. This call was made at the beginning of June, and the appointment wouldn't be until June 25th. Fine, I'm okay with waiting. The 23rd rolls around and I still have yet to receive the email reminder, so I decide to call and see what was going on. The girl who picked up the phone checks the schedule and sees no appointment for my dog, and offers to reschedule for the experienced groomer on July 9th. I had already waited so long for the original appointment that I'm starting to get annoyed. I accept the appointment for July 9th. My husband then texts me that the appointment was canceled, due to the groomer being sick. GREAT. When can she get groomed? They're not sure, needed to see if they could squeeze HIM (again my dog is female, she's been groomed here for years, and they can literally see it says female on her profile) in with the manager. I'm already annoyed as it is so I ask what the solution here is, how soon I'd have to call back. I'm told they'll call me when they have a solution. Well I figured out MY solution. I went to a different groomer.

A Dogs Life Training & Education - Doris playing ball without jumping all over me, but waiting for the throw, all thanks to Jackie.

As a first time dog owner with a high-energy puppy, my wife and I had so much to learn. As…read moreembarrassing it is to admit, we were days away from re-homing our puppy to a good friend of ours. Luckily, we found Jackie. She is kind, knowledgeable, and most of all, very patient. We did 9 private lessons with Jackie over a 2-3 month period, and we starting seeing results after just 2 sessions. What we liked most about Jackie was her method of training. Not only did she help train our puppy, but she taugut us how to be better dog owners. She is well-researched and understands dogs from a psychological perspective. We get countless compliments on our puppy and it's all because of Jackie. She is a freakin' lifesaver.

She is a puppy after all, but I was not prepared. I looked at reviews for trainers and decided on Jackie. I liked the fact that she would come to my house to help me with training Doris. I had an initial evaluation and then set up a schedule. Doris is extremely high energy and after a play session with her in our backyard where she was jumping all over me, attacking my shoes and clothes, I literally called Jackie crying telling her I couldn't do it. I am 65 years old, and I've had both knees and a hip replaced within the last 2 years. She came over within an hour. With that one session, things started looking better, so you can imagine 8 weeks of training. Doris is now a well behaved, polite dog and I owe it all to Jackie.

Critical: Professionalism, Reliability, Responsiveness…read more If I could go back, I would trust my first impression! My wife hired her to watch my dog for 9 days after seeing rave reviews. She was great in the beginning, sending daily videos of our dog and keeping us up to date. That was the beginning. On the 4th day, she no longer sent video, did not respond to text or phone. She replied she was very busy from all the work and then never sent a video as promised of our dog so we could verify our dog was ok. On the 6th day,, She texted " pick up your dog now!" We had ten minutes or she was going to leave our dog in the back yard. Keep in mind this is an indoor Husky dog and it had been raining, hot and muddy in her back yard which has zero grass. Maybe the mud has turned to grass by now! We had to bother two people to come get her. Not in the magical 10 minute notice she gave us but 20 minutes. My mother had to drive from out of state to get my dog. She threw the kennel in front of her garage so anyone could take it. Lost the bowl we had and said it was there. We naturally asked for a refund for the days she did not provide a service in which we were told she does not do refunds. This is 3 days she didn't have to work mind you. The least she could do. So now I will file a lawsuit against her for the money with punitive damages so she doesn't do this again. My dog was fluffy and white with grey markings when I dropped her off,, she was red and filthy and lost a lot of weight when we got her.The lady has no back up plan for your animal or morals.
