Unfortunately, that was not the case. I bought garbage because the way that it was installed by a friend trying to assist me, within a few years the Floor ended up splitting and breaking. It was very easy to just come in and pull up the pieces. I finally decided to call Andrew to come in and look at it. I was extremely embarrassed that I didn't use him from the get go and explained that my buddy assisted he and he cost me nearly nothing. Unfortunately that caused me a lot of problems as Andrew pointed them all out. In either case trying to save me money cost me twice the originally amount so Inlearned a value able lesson when II comes to your home never substitute quality for cheapness. So Andrew came with me and helped me pick out new flooring. We picked out a great product that was extremely reasonable but what I liked more than anything it was 20 mil thick versus 12 and I never understood the significance of that until now. It's unbelievable walking on floor. It's a totally different experience. When it comes to your home never cut corners and if you don't understand the product never take the word of a salesman. Get someone who knows and listen to what they have to say. Andrew is that guy and his work is awesome. I can't tell you how happy I am. I will be calling him back shortly for the next project!!!!

Mike's wasn't the lowest bid, but it was the only one without contingencies, and the only one which stated up front that his crew would remove the old tile floor, repair any underlying issues with the subfloor, and level it before installing the new luxury vinyl planks. Plus we felt comfortable after meeting him about the plan and the quality of the materials/work. It took about two weeks after signing up to get the planks ordered/delivered, and then set a time to do the installation. A two-man crew showed up around 8:30 a.m., gave me some updates along the way to show what was happening (and ask some important questions I hadn't considered, like which way the new planks should run), and they finished installing the flooring and the quarterround by about 11:30 a.m. Everything looks great, and we are very happy.

That same night I received a call from Jalene. This is a family run business Jeff is the licensed GC, Jalene is his wife, and Madyson is the daughter. Jalene has a personality that I am pretty sure leaves her with no enemies she is bright and cheery and straightforward. She gave me their GC # and even told me how to verify a GC license if I did not hire them so I would be protected. I met with 5 GC's for the job. 1 of them was not licensed at all, another used someone else's license, so there were 3 GC's who gave me an estimate. Willow & Blue was not the cheapest and also not the most expensive, they came in right in the middle of all the quotes. I really, REALLY liked the idea of having 2 women on the team for design ideas. I met Jalene and Madyson at a flooring store near my home and they showed up with several door and countertop samples. We picked everything out, I handed them the key and deposit and went back down to my old home. Jalene was my main go to, mostly because she was always available via text or a phone call and would usually reply within minutes or an hour, but never more than 24 hours. They went above and beyond on each and every item in every room. They brought multiple paint samples to the house and both ladies and myself did a face time and agreed on paint color. I had ordered a dining room set and they met the delivery people at the house to receive it so my home would be more complete when I finally made my move. Madyson is the one who put together the mood boards (shows example the bathroom floor tile, shower wall tile, tub, and light fixtures and faucets etc. so you get an idea of the mood or how they looked together) She also was the one who puts together the costs of items and does the re make of the quote with any up charges, or items we removed and kept the job quote updated as we moved through. Jeff is "The man". He made sure everything got done in the correct order, on time, handled each item to meet perfection and oversaw every aspect, to make my new home vision come to life. Since my new home is a little over 4 hours each way, I did not come to the house at all during the renovation. Jalene went through and cleaned my back yard, garage, things that she certainly did not have to do. This was just another "Above and beyond" type of job to expect if you hire Willow & Blue. Jeff and Jalene are perfectionists in a very positive way. Jeff did not like the look of the weather stripping on the front door and replaced that without me asking, being on the contract or me even noticing it needed it. There were some cabinet doors / drawers that were slightly imperfect and put a penciled "X" on the back of cabinets or doors they were waiting on to replace. It was so minor that there was a slight difference in the gap of the 2 doors from top to bottom that was the reason they were replacing. You will not hear "Thats going to have to work" or "Thats as good as it is going to get" if you hire Willow & Blue. Move in day happened and I walked into my house and was wowed at what an amazing transformation and the beauty of it. I can not believe this is my house, they truly are an amazing team!! I had told Jalene that move in holiday (Memorial Day) weekend I wanted to lounge in the pool and drink Margaritas with pretty umbrellas in them. On my dining room table was a bucket with tequila, margarita mix, 4 margarita plastic glasses (good looking out for Rule #1 - no glass poolside) and a package of the little umbrellas for drinks. There was also a box of donuts on the table that were the most amazing donuts (will learn more about them for sure) I am so happy that I hired them. The final product exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to hire them again. But hey, if you do not want to just take my word for it - let the pictures make that decision for you (the Crown for kitchen cabinets are running a bit late so they are not in the photos) Thank you Willow & Blue for an amazing new "forever" home for me and my husband. They gave us a couple of options that were right in line with the other quotes that we got. We had quite a bit of stucco work as well as fascia that needed repaired/replaced as well. The quality of work that they did was outstanding. Because this is now a rental, we wanted a quality job that would last a long time and that is exactly what we got! We ended up using them again a few months later to paint the inside of our new home. I am a stickler for straight lines and I could not be more happy with their work. Complaint sent to the BBB. We had an epoxy floor coating installed in 2020. It started…read morecracking/peeling only in areas where vehicle tires sit. It has required "patching" in 2023, 2024, 2025, and is currently in a condition needing repair again. It is clearly "hot tire pickup", which the company's website in detail warns you about, saying it's from faulty installation of other companies - insinuating their company does it correctly and it won't be an issue. We were trying to resolve the issue with owner, Dan Blewitt, and after multiple emails he finally insisted the issue was with our concrete and not their services or products, and that we need to have our concrete tested/fixed and then he would replace the flooring. I sent Dan Blewitt correspondence from a third-party testing company, with no response. I requested documentation of EZ Garage Solutions' advertised 10-year workmanship warranty and any warranty for the products, with no response. I then had the floor tested with another floor coating specialist company, and that testing concluded the concrete was healthy. I sent this information to Dan Blewitt and asked for a refund at this point, as we do not feel comfortable having EZ Garage Solutions perform any work at our house. Dan Blewitt has still not responded. I do not recommend using this company. They are not honoring their advertised 10-year workmanship warranty, and are no longer being responsive to their customer's requests.
