Nice young couple did a great job. I requested them again and was told they no longer served my area. As I was scheduling the job I received immediate pushback over helping me move a coffee table. The previous folks happily helped me move it. Not heavy just awkward. The service guy showed up and immediately began the equivocating and the upsell attempt. I have a small (1 ft x 1 ft) area that was dirtier than the rest ( right under my desk) . " Can't guarantee we can get that clean without some special stuff that costs more." There was no attempt to try and get it done without an upcharge. I would call this a very untrustworthy company. I spoke to the franchisee Sean and he offered nothing. I had moved all of my furniture and was left high and dry. I notice other reviews here mentioning the young couple and how good they were. Sean evidently ran them off. I would not recommend using hese guys under any circumstances.

When ZeroRez was finished, my carpets looked like they had been through a war. Take a look at these photos and videos. None of these dirty spots were there before ZeroRez came to my home. ZeroRez made my carpets 1,000 times worse than they were beforehand. Absolutely terrible.

Both technician were very clean and respectful. They were in our home for 8 hours for each at separate times. This was October 2024. By January 2025 you could see the mold again in our showers. It took 2 weeks for them to response to my calls. They finally sent out a young man to look at the problem. He states that the contract that I signed only said that they do the first 2 rows of tile in the bathroom . I am writing this review to let people know that this company misleads their customers. Don't you think that if you said to me (We are only re-grouting the first 2 tiles lines in our showers, I would have had a difference response.) If you look at the pictures taken you can see that they didn't even do that. But they cleaned the heck out of the grout lines. These kinds of companies alway have a back door to whatever they do or don't do. I am posting this review on BBB and Google and any other site I can find. To let people know that is Company is not trust worthy. Be very careful about the reviews that are saying that did a good job.

Unfortunately, that was not the case. I bought garbage because the way that it was installed by a friend trying to assist me, within a few years the Floor ended up splitting and breaking. It was very easy to just come in and pull up the pieces. I finally decided to call Andrew to come in and look at it. I was extremely embarrassed that I didn't use him from the get go and explained that my buddy assisted he and he cost me nearly nothing. Unfortunately that caused me a lot of problems as Andrew pointed them all out. In either case trying to save me money cost me twice the originally amount so Inlearned a value able lesson when II comes to your home never substitute quality for cheapness. So Andrew came with me and helped me pick out new flooring. We picked out a great product that was extremely reasonable but what I liked more than anything it was 20 mil thick versus 12 and I never understood the significance of that until now. It's unbelievable walking on floor. It's a totally different experience. When it comes to your home never cut corners and if you don't understand the product never take the word of a salesman. Get someone who knows and listen to what they have to say. Andrew is that guy and his work is awesome. I can't tell you how happy I am. I will be calling him back shortly for the next project!!!!

Originally I contracted another flooring installer who canceled on me multiple times. Then a neighbor of mine recommended The Flooring Craftsman. I spoke with Andrew who Is the owner. He arrived on time for the initial estimate. Also made a recommendation for a different type flooring. Which was more cost effective, and a better selection for a rental property. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them !!
