At 8:57 a.m., the lead technician sent me a text stating that I had seven minutes to confirm the appointment or the office may reschedule me. He then called twice around 9:00 a.m. I did not hear my phone. When I saw the missed calls around 9:30, I returned his call. I began asking a very simple question. If I had already scheduled the appointment for 9:00 a.m. and confirmed it days earlier, why was I being required to confirm it again at 8:57 that morning with only seven minutes to respond? I was not even allowed to finish the question. The technician immediately became loud and defensive. He repeatedly stated, "I'm not doing this this morning," and told me, "I'm not going into whatever you're about to go into." He also accused me of cutting him off while continuing to speak over me. The problem with that response is simple. He had no idea what I was "about to go into" because he would not allow me to finish a sentence. At one point, after repeatedly being spoken to in that manner, I said something to the effect of "What the hell is this?" and asked, "Is this a business?" He immediately focused on my use of the word "hell" rather than his own conduct leading up to that moment. I did not call him names. I did not begin the conversation cursing. I returned his call and attempted to ask a legitimate question about a confirmed appointment. What makes this particularly concerning is that this individual is identified as a lead technician. Someone placed in a lead position should be capable of answering a basic customer question without becoming combative, dismissive, or raising his voice. Leadership should reflect professionalism, judgment, and the ability to communicate with customers, especially when there is a disagreement or misunderstanding. I have also had contractors working in my home throughout the week. A technician calling before arrival is completely understandable. What is not understandable is treating a call at 8:57 a.m. as a new confirmation requirement for a 9:00 a.m. appointment that was already scheduled and confirmed. If responding to the technician on the morning of service is a condition of keeping the appointment, that should be clearly disclosed when the appointment is scheduled. It should not be introduced three minutes before the scheduled time with a seven minute deadline. I then called the office eight times this morning because I wanted to speak with a supervisor about the way this lead technician represented the company. Eight calls. No answer. The company lists its Saturday business hours as 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., yet I was unable to reach anyone in the office to address the conduct of one of its lead employees. At that point, this became more than an issue with one technician. It became an issue with the company's communication, customer service, and accountability. A scheduling policy can be explained. A missed telephone call can be addressed. What cannot be excused is a lead technician becoming confrontational before a customer can even finish asking a question, followed by eight unanswered calls to an office that represents itself as open. If this is the level of service and professionalism this company considers acceptable, I would not recommend them. One star is generous.

I needed the heavy/deep cleaning done. I was very specific when I sent out a Yelp request that I needed the inside refrigerator done, windows done, inside of stove cleaned, and a "deep cleaning" I needed somebody for a heavy duty deep clean and was hoping for a monthly relationship. I will say Liz and her husband showed up early and began to work. I work from home so I let her know that when she was ready to come into my office let me know and I took the dogs outside and put them in their crate. They were here for a total of two hours, and they started to pack up. At that point, I started to walk around and look at things. The inside of my kitchen sink had not been cleaned, not a single one of the three spare bedrooms had been vacuumed, the dining room table had not been cleaned, there is a flower vase on a black cork protector, that had not been picked up or wiped as I saw debris on it, and the windows and the door in my bedroom were not cleaned. Since these were things I immediately noticed I pointed them out to her and she called her husband back in and did these items. I went around AFTER I paid them and they left, and took the photos I attached. When you request a DEEP clean you would expect the items get done. I posted photos of items, with descriptions of what they are, but I will also point out here what was not done -top of coffee pot had hair and dirt -coffee spills still on counter -towel my cats sit on on my desk was not shaken off (cats eat up here in office and should have been shaken off and debris then vacuumed off of floor. -tub in master bath not cleaned -microwave key pad not cleaned -door frames not wiped down or cleaned -inside fridge not cleaned -one of spare bedrooms not vacuumed -shelf that is open with dishes on it in kitchen not even wiped around open areas - inside of stove not cleaned -chairs in bedroom and coffee nook area covers (which are just blankets) not vacuumed or even taken off and shook off to remove dirt / debris etc -Top of washer and dryer in laundry room not cleaned -windows to interior doors not done -windowsills not wiped down -inside of refrigerator doors and handles not cleaned And this is just what I am able to take photos of. I wonder if the laundry room was even mopped? I am not sure, but this was a huge let down.

They were professional and quiet which is important because my husband and I both work from home. They stayed 2 hours and cleaned the bathrooms, floors and kitchen area. I haven't had time to keep up with house work with my busy schedule so this will definitely put me back on track in feeling like my house is clean. Great price and they added in some cute details on the toilet paper roll which makes me feel like I'm at a hotel.
