Just learned that they are losing their lease and will not operate out of a storefront. Instead, they now offer free pick up and delivery.

I'm convinced these are the best cleaners in the region…read more A caveat: I'm a male and really only clean dress shirts/pants. I have no experience with gowns and dresses, but with that said, they do what dry cleaners are supposed to do: get your clothes clean, and they do it on time and courteously. They have never been late in their appointments, and I've never had any random spots/wrinkles appear on my dress shirts (which I hear happens to some people). Today was my first time getting a $600 Allsaints wool coat cleaned. It apparently turned out to be a tricky deal, since the collar had leather trim and could potentially be ruined by dry cleaning chemicals, something that the woman working here noted. (I had never heard of this, but I've also never taken anything leather to the cleaners before). She waited and advised as I called up the customer service line for Allsaints, who surprisingly didn't know the care details of the leather trim. The woman (I don't know her name, but from the other reviews it sounds like it's Linda) told me that to be absolutely safe, they could send it to leather cleaners, but the turnaround time was a full week. We both decided that they would go ahead with a conservative cycle and a manual dry-clean with only that coat itself in the machine, personally watched over by... her husband? The owner? The only other male that I see in the store, that guy. 24 hours later (love that turnaround time), I have myself a clean, undamaged wool coat. I'm a happy camper.

I asked if they can shorten pants and they said no. So it seems they do not actually offer tailor…read moreservices

I recently dropped off a white blouse, among other items to be cleaned and pressed. When I picked…read moreup the clothes, they looked great but when I went to put on the white blouse, the side that I couldn't see when I picked the clothes up was covered in lint and dust bunnies like someone had dragged it under a bed. It took me some time to pick off all the dirt. Clean is in their name but I didn't feel as though I received a clean blouse. For almost $9 for just the blouse, I felt as though I got something dirtier than it was before. What "value" is there in that?

I took one load of laundry to Value dry cleaners because I'm here for two weeks for work. Everyone…read morewas polite, and in fact when I picked up my laundry the owner Joe told me that if was in town for work to come on back he would take care of me while noting he had a lot of customers from where I work. The shirts were pressed and starched and smelled good. Unfortunately, one of my favorite shirts had the maroon stripes worn off the collar and cuffs. I've attached pictures of the damage. I dropped the shirt off back with them to look at hey back to me because Joe was not around. Joe got back and told me that the shirt wears that way because of stubble. I pointed out to him that the cuffs were worn in places not on the edge, and he told me this was a very old shirt. Look, this shirt was not in this condition before I dropped it off, or there is no way I would be wearing it. Unfortunately I do not have pictures of before, but that is now what I recommend if you plan on dropping clothes off at this place. Better yet, maybe you should avoid going to this place at all. I've had this same shirt dry cleaned at other places without the same results. I've also had ties ruined by a dry cleaning place where I live and they made up for it with store credit.
