Once the job began, their work was amazing, very fast but phenomenal quality, and they were very courteous to our renter. The staff member we'd coordinated with took the trip up to our home to review the work with the site foreman and kept us constantly updated. The basement looked fantastic immediately after they finished. Fast forward to now, about a week ago our renter noticed standing water in the basement so Northern Basement Systems came out same-day for a service call. They determined that it wasn't a part of the system they installed, but was a fitting on a pipe that was leaking. They fixed the pipe and didn't even charge us! Our tenant texted raving about how polite they were this time around as well. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for basement waterproofing solutions. I was told I would hear from them in a few days. 3 weeks later, still hadn't heard anything so I called, was put into the salesmans voice mail, left a message and never heard anything.
