I love it so much that my friends literally make fun of me because I randomly love Currito, but the customer service both times I've been to this location since moving back has been bizarrely bad. Tonight, I ordered a bowl and realized it was missing several of the ingredients that were supposed to come on it. I showed the employee and explained what was missing, and instead of just fixing it, she told me, "No, they're there, you just can't see them." I told her again that they weren't, and she doubled down and then just walked away and refused to fix the bowl. And, shockingly, when I actually ate it -- they were not there. The previous time I came in, I ordered a bowl with a couple modifications and the employee literally rolled her eyes at me like I was inconveniencing her by placing an order. I know this is a fast-casual job and I'm not expecting over-the-top service, but I do expect employees to be basically polite and to fix an order when it's made incorrectly instead of arguing with the customer and walking away. It's especially disappointing because Currito was genuinely one of my favorite spots for a quick lunch or dinner, and this location is ruining it for me.
