Lady is front of me is waiting on her order, her order which was never made. My order said it would be ready at 11:05am and as of 11:25am, they haven't started making the order. I have been to Tropical Smoothie Cafe twice this year and have tried several new (to me) items. The service was quick, as usual. And the space is clean. I got my tried and true baja wrap with chipotle mayo (YUM) and my detox island green smoothie (also YUM and lowest sugar). I tried the chicken quesadilla and was honestly really impressed. I don't think I'll ever stop coming here in my life! By far my favorite smoothie place that also has food! My go to for the smoothie for something lighter is the "detox island green" but I will occasionally get the "sunrise sunset" smoothie and I've NEVER been disappointed!!!! In terms of food I almost always go with my ole faithful wrap (pictured here) but I can honestly say I have never had anything I disliked. My favorite is the "Caribbean Jerk Chicken" as it has a nice kick and keeps me full! I recommend getting the app as well so you can earn those loyalty points and earn free things! Went here about a year ago and enjoyed a smoothie and one of their flatbreads. Went just the other day for a free smoothie on National Flip Flop Day! What a fun way to celebrate and definitely a good reminder that I need to come back because I've been craving their delicious flatbreads. Also, very thankful to have this refreshing drink in the midst of the scorcher of a week we've been having. The free smoothie was the Sunrise Sunset, which is strawberry, pineapple, mango, and orange juice. Very delicious, and for me the 12 oz size was plenty, as it takes me a while to sip the whole smoothie. I've been to Tropical Smoothie numerous times in Augusta, GA and every time I've been there, it's a great experience. When I heard they are opening one up near my area, I was ecstatic! Currently, still under COVID-19 regulations so there is limited seating inside. We got our meals to go. They do offer takeout (online ordering or walk in orders) and curbside service. For delivery, offering through Door Dash. My Mr got the Baja Chicken wrap and I got the Caliclub Flatbread. For sides (comes with meal) we both got the apple kale slaw. Which I highly recommend. So refreshing and light. For the smoothie, we got the Avocalada to split since they have one standard size. And it's huge! They were super busy but we got our order in 12 minutes. When we got home, it's everything I knew it would be. Delicious! Healthy meals that don't leave you feeling super full. Just enough if you want something light. Besides wraps and flat breads, they do serve breakfast, quesadillas, paninis, hot sandwiches, salads, bowls, and option for kids. I would take advantage of their app if you are a frequent visitor. For every $50.00 you spend you receive $5.00 off your next order (subject to change). Keep you receipt and take the survey and you can get your next smoothie for $1.99. Service was great. I had a new smoothie bowl and my son had an american wrap and a chocolate truffel smoothie. I really like this place but $9.99 for a tiny bowl and $5.49 for the American wrap makes it difficult to support the TS corp. It's ridiculously overpriced for the tiny portions that are standard. However, one day I decided to give this place a chance and I was pleasantly surprised. First, the pricing is much better than Smoothie King! You get a larger size smoothie for less the price. The first time I came I had the sunrise sunset and it was so fruity and refreshing. My friend had the paradise point and said the same thing. This time I got the Blimey Limey and she is got three Kiwi Quencher. So good once again! Definitely a place I'll continue to come back to. They only have one size and they are what I would consider a a large. You can also buy the refill cups. I didn't try to I just assumed they weren't selling them at this time because ya know...Corona. They have plenty of parking and once you are inside plenty of seats! They market towards a healthy lifestyle. They offer a variety of smoothies and food options. We have tried a few of the options that are available, and haven't been disappointed yet. My personal favorite is the Peanut Paradise as who doesn't love Peanuts! Also, I do an add on of Spinach and Kale as it's healthy and doesn't impact the delicious taste. Lastly, this place has the best customer service! The workers are always super friendly and healthy! But they are FAST, which I guess is always a good thing if you're looking to get in and get out. I really do hate to say it but my experience here was horrible. Usually their breakfast foods and smoothies are good (hence the 3 stars instead of lower) but dang were the wraps my girlfriend and I got awful. We waited a good 20 minutes for them (even though people behind us got their food first for some reason) and when we finally got home to eat them I could not even tell you what was in mine other than lettuce and "lite ranch", which did not taste good in my opinion. My girlfriend felt the same, no chicken, no nothing except tons of lettuce and ranch. For a meal that costs that much it should have some more substance. No shade because again I do like most things from this place but dang those wraps were bad. read more

The workers walk slowly to open the doors even when it's a line of people outside. No apologies or acknowledgment of any kind. Giving this a 2 stars because my experience here was below average. I called in an order to pickup. The person who took my order didn't tell me how long before I needed to get there or how much my order was. Once I got there to pick up my order, my cup had smoothie running all down the side that I had to clean up. The lady checking me out just threw a bag of chips in the bag, didn't let me choose which one I wanted. It seemed like no one had a clue what was going on.
