It was Thursday afternoon and I needed two funeral sprays in two days for a funeral on Saturday. I called and Liz immediately picked up. I did not know what I was going to get ahead of time when I decided to pay extra for two premium standing sympathy sprays at $500 each. There were no pictures online of the premium spray, but according to Liz, the difference between standard, deluxe and premium is the amount of flowers used in the spray. You can probably find cheaper options for funeral sprays, but I think these flowers were worth it in my opinion. You can choose what color you want. I went with yellow and white for one spray and purple, yellow, white for the second spray. I paid over the phone, got a picture text of the flowers by Friday afternoon and they were delivered for an extra fee to the funeral home before 9 am Saturday morning. I went in blind and Liz's Flower's went above and beyond my expectations and delivered (figuratively and literally)! Just a heads up, paying over the phone might trigger your bank to block the purchase as a precaution so keep that in mind, but resolving the flag is easy. Liz's flowers will provide the spray ribbons, but only in English text. The ones in my picture were done ourselves. read more

I placed an order for two bouquets and made it very clear--multiple times--that they needed to be delivered before 2:30 PM since the recipient would not be home after that. The person taking the order assured me it would be done. The next day, I followed up and was again told "midday," and I repeated my request to have them delivered before 2:30 PM. They again promised. At 2:30 PM, I called--no response. I sent a text--no response. An hour later, I finally got a call from the driver saying the flowers were just left at the porch.
