It was Thursday afternoon and I needed two funeral sprays in two days for a funeral on Saturday. I called and Liz immediately picked up. I did not know what I was going to get ahead of time when I decided to pay extra for two premium standing sympathy sprays at $500 each. There were no pictures online of the premium spray, but according to Liz, the difference between standard, deluxe and premium is the amount of flowers used in the spray. You can probably find cheaper options for funeral sprays, but I think these flowers were worth it in my opinion. You can choose what color you want. I went with yellow and white for one spray and purple, yellow, white for the second spray. I paid over the phone, got a picture text of the flowers by Friday afternoon and they were delivered for an extra fee to the funeral home before 9 am Saturday morning. I went in blind and Liz's Flower's went above and beyond my expectations and delivered (figuratively and literally)! Just a heads up, paying over the phone might trigger your bank to block the purchase as a precaution so keep that in mind, but resolving the flag is easy. Liz's flowers will provide the spray ribbons, but only in English text. The ones in my picture were done ourselves. read more

Horrible customer service. I arrived at 6:10pm and figured I had at least 15 minutes to choose a flower bouquet since the posted closing time is 6:30pm on YELP and the sign posted on the door. To my surprise the door was locked so I called the phone number and the lady said I just closed, how long will it take for you to get here because I can't be waiting. I don't buy flowers very often so when I do, I appreciate the craft of florist so much. I chose Liz's based on proximity to my office since I needed a fresh arrangement for Boss' Day. The flowers I received were a slight deviation from what I ordered from the site, but I honestly liked what I received more! The colors were bright and the flowers were a lovely fall collection including really neat ombré leaves that weren't in the original photo. To top it off, the ladies at Liz's were on top of it! I placed my order the afternoon before I needed them and because I didn't indicate what time I needed the flowers on my online order, they called me right away to clarify.
