You walk in and you are in an air conditioned tiny room with some furniture, and then you have to walk into a massive warehouse that is absolutely not air conditioned to get to the workers and other furniture. It was at least 10 degrees hotter in here than it was outside and it's the middle of a Georgia summer. When we walked in the main warehouse there were 2 dudes sitting there talking to each other and never greeted us when we walked in. The proceeded to stare at my friend's butts as they continued talking and not acknowledging us. They thought I didn't see..... One guy did offer to help as my friends were already looking through furniture on their little computer and ended up not being helpful at all. My friend decided to just leave and look at her furniture on her personal computer so it's not so awkward and she can just help herself. Decent furniture, not decent people.

So we were like ok then... and went to Green Frog Sleep Center which was 100 times a better experience and the guy gave us a 10% discount. Same bed for $600 less... and delivery on the day and time we wanted. Forget mattress firm... support your local business instead. You'll get better customer service and pricing. I'm just still blown away with the lack of customer service and thankful we got told to leave because god forbid we have to ensure we would be available for the delivery.

A few gentlemen were outside whom welcomed us in. For this to be a large warehouse, they didn't really have alot of options available. The options were decent, but nothing I was looking for or comparable to the website. I think it could use some work on the outside and with the inventory and that might help get more customers in, as it was very empty.
