I guess they are suffering for money because there's no other earthly reason that you would call and text someone and also be rude when they ask you about calling them and outside of Legal calling hours and then cancel your appointment. I don't think the FTC is OK with that. There are many other doctors can do the same thing.

I am not here to tear a business down at all but I think it may be time for a different supplier for the flower. Edited - after speaking with the owner we were able to clear things up.
