Year 2 had covid and everyplace struggled to provide a safe and happy experience. Demand issues and State regulations haven't helped. Covid did finally get dispensaries to embrace online ordering and most dispensaries struggled with that. Herbology has done great with the online ordering and seems to have the most frequent combination of lowest prices (compare on iheartjane) and selection. I've felt very comfortable everytime and worked with some really nice people. This is a 25 mile drive for me with 4 dispensaries closer, but we will make the trip to Newark and also find some great place to eat on Yelp.

For a little humor, I promise it is a friend, and not " a friend" but that's not what matters. They offer edibles, premium flower, concentrates, and often have sales and specials. The store is clean and bright and service is friendly. I hang out in the lobby and it's a perfectly comfortable feeling and have never been any issues as I wait. Locals Dispensary serves both medical and recreational marijuana patients/customers. Got to be 21 and over Inthink even to enter the building. They even have a drive-thru option which steams Columbus and Ohio. We have drive-thru liquor and wine so this fits right in. I have been enjoying the bud but not all of the budtenders. Today was the last straw for me. As a…read morebudtender I would think it would be easy to explain the differences between bud versus just explaining stats. This guy was stuck on loop! It's 1 gram. It's 85%. It's sativa. He clearly has zero customer service experience and doesn't care to talk about head or body sensations. That's very rigid behavior and I'm not going to keep asking someone to expand and they be stuck on loop! I politely informed that our personalities were not aligned and the next budtender was great in explaining and giving her suggestions. Don't hire budtenders that are stuck on stat loops. The customers also want to understand the physical experience not for you to repeat the same loop over and over. Not my problem if you didn't want to work today but it distressed my nervous system and I would've started crying from anxiety from that guy had I not stepped away.
