Super-Builders was really responsive and came by a couple days later to evaluate and quote the project. They even offered an option for me to consider that was a little more expensive but would result in a longer lasting fix. Why didn't I use them you ask? I am figuring out a fence repair with a landlord next door who hasn't been the easiest to work with. In spite of this, Super-Builders was very patient and even worked through different quote options. My only regret is that I wish I could have moved forward with them, but my landlord/neighbor wore me down, so we're going with his "handyman" approach which I know I will regret. Although there was some delay and miscommunication between the two companies, EP never abandoned the project and found ways to satisfy the requirements of US. Had a great experience working with Joe. From start to finish, our 20'x20' sunroom came together in…read moreabout 4 months. Joe's a great guy and easy to work with. Out of all the contractors we reached out to, his price for an all season sunroom was by far the most affordable by a large stretch. IMO this is made possible as a smaller business with a more streamlined design. The other bigger companies we got bids from had much more customization options, but came at nearly double the cost. On our end, we are happy with Joe's designs and the manufacturer he orders from is top notch. The longest waiting was for the blueprint from his design engineer (remote guy in LA), which took awhile where both Joe and I had to ping and check-in on. That probably took 2 months. Once that came through, the construction was super fast as once the concrete base is laid and completed, everything else is pretty modular. Joe did a fantastic job wiring up the electrical as well. He also offered to add drywall over our previous exterior wall for a very good price and did a great job.
