Service requested was some shrub removal. I had some bushes, weeds and even a wild palm tree growing randomly on the side of my house. This company came out on the same day I requested a quote and the very next day the job was finished. Before they left they cleaned the area. Hired them to repair broken sprinklers in my yard and then do maintenance. They did such a horrible job! I saw the negative reviews but they were old and for scheduling problems. I chose to look more at the positive reviews of the work that was actually done and the reviews were good. I should've listened to the negative reviews and ran! They were on the expensive side for what they were going to do but I thought maybe the quality of work would be worth it. Not hardly! There were 3 people working in my yard all day for 3 days which caused me to worry that maybe they didn't know what they were doing. Two people were usually bent over looking at one sprinkler. That should've set off alarms for me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I texted Julio and he assured me they would be done that day. The sprinklers worked when they finished the job so I paid them and didn't worry about it. A couple of weeks later my neighbor told me that one of my sprinklers was shooting straight up in the air. I turned off that station and told Julio about it on his next service visit. He assured me he would fix it. A couple of days later, I got a notice from the water company about an alarming increase in my water usage so I decided to check all the sprinklers again. There were so many problems! Some of the heads had popped all the way off. Some of them were improperly connected, some were buried deep under the ground and not working at all. More than one just bubbled up with water flooding the station they were in. (See pics) I texted Julio a list of all the problems. What I got back was a text full of lies and excuses. Instead if agreeing to fix the problems, he told me he'd give me another estimate to fix them! What? These were all the new sprinklers HIS TEAM put in! Then he lied and said I had 80-100 sprinklers in my yard. I have and large yard yes but only 35 sprinklers, not 80-100! He also lied about telling me there would be more problems with my sprinklers. We had no such conversation! I had already paid $2100 and was just not willing to pay any more to a company that didn't have the slightest clue how to fix what I needed! I called someone else to fix Greenleaf's horrible job and will pursue small claims to try and recoup my money back. Pics to prove what I'm talking about.
