He offered two different times he would be available for my work and our appointment was scheduled. The day of our appointment, Francisco was a No-Call/No-Show. I messaged him and asked if he was on his way, and according to his Read Receipts he read the message and ignored it. I messaged him again and he ignored it. I called his phone and he sent it to voicemail. All this to say, Francisco wasted my time. I understand he may have a lot of other work that takes a lot of his time, but so do I and I don't have time to waste for someone who won't even give me the courtesy of a phone call to explain why they may be late to a job. Francisco is unprofessional and unreliable. Definitely not worth 1 star. Move on to the next company.

We scheduled the first visit and the crew came out and did a fantastic job on the backyard! It looked great! Then, about a month later, we reached out about scheduling the monthly maintenance. It seemed as though we may be a bother as it was difficult to schedule, then the crew suddenly showed up and took care of the yard. We can excuse some communication issues with good work. Then, then next time it came for the on-going maintenance we both reached out to Isidro and I M Landscaping Yelp messaging page (we initially found I M Landscaping on Yelp), and we heard absolutely nothing for going on a couple months now.
