But after reading some of the reviews for New Life Landscape Services, we decided to touch base with them. Danny showed up on time for the initial meeting and listened to our needs and wants. He made some outstanding suggestions for our shrubbery beds, and we decided to move forward and schedule the project. I'm really glad that we trusted Danny. He and his staff showed up on time, and they were already working on the yard when I rolled out of bed. The plants that he selected were beautiful. He even gave us a credit when there were a few shrubs left over. The entire project was completed in just half a day. He even created a nice flower bed next to the front door with some perennials. My wife and I were so thrilled and satisfied that we (a) also decided to use New Life for our weekly lawn maintenance... and (b) we will be contacting them later in the year for our back yard project. When straightening 1 head by my porch door, he kicked it in place to make it stand up straight. I called 2 days ago to explain now that I have sod, I had to run my system. The head that was kicked appears to be leaking as a puddle of water gathers by that head. I think I spoke with AI , asking for someone to check this head and repair it, if it was broken by kicking it. I also asked for the return of my caps. I dont want the sprinkler head back as it was useless to me. I was happy with Ramon, the promptness, kindness and explanations given. I was not happy with speaking to artificial intelligence and requesting help and then getting no response. I will call again today and see if I can get hold of a human and if I can get someone to check for possible damage, they might have done and the return of my caps!

Elmar was the first to come out, that same day as I posted my request, he seemed very knowledgeable and fair so I agreed to go with him. He and his crew was able to do the job today, just four days after my request. I could not be happier with the job they did. Every branch on the mahogany and oak trees were roped off, cut and lowered to the ground. This procedure is time consuming but very important to me as I have a fully landscaped backyard and didn't want any of it damaged. After everything was trimmed, it was all cleaned up by the crew and put in the tree shredder. All loose debris was picked up or blown clean. I highly recommend Elmar and his crew!!

Evergreen Tech installed our new artificial turf about 10 months ago. The initial job went great, however, we had concerns about insufficient infill and its potential impact on the warranty of our turf. After a few discussions about what was needed, we were able to sort out the details, and a mutual solution was agreed upon. Then, it was just a matter of getting us on their schedule to do the work. We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened. Aside from weather delays, our requests for getting scheduled for the work were met with excuses. We ultimately had to pay another company to complete the agreed-upon work. A companies integrity should carry through the entire customer experience. From the initial installation to supporting and maintaining the project.
