Shortly after receiving the payment, he became completely unreachable--no replies to texts and no returned calls. I made multiple attempts to contact him and even gave him the opportunity to return the deposit if he was unable to complete the job. He ignored all communication. Due to his lack of professionalism and failure to resolve the issue, I will be filing a formal consumer bureau complaint. Do not hire this company. Save yourself the time, money, and unnecessary frustration.

Then killed all my grass (intentionally), followed by excuse after excuse of both trucks in the shop. Never competed the work. After 3 weeks of excuses I told him don't come back. Stopped returning my texts after I asked for a partial refund for incomplete work. Thanks for the dead lawn! "Always right" is not what I'd call this service. I could think of several unflattering names that would be more appropriate.

Fair, Honest, Knowledgeable, Insured I was looking for a…read moretree trimmer to trim our coconut palm, an overgrown mahogany tree and an overgrown oak tree. Elmar was the first to come out, that same day as I posted my request, he seemed very knowledgeable and fair so I agreed to go with him. He and his crew was able to do the job today, just four days after my request. I could not be happier with the job they did. Every branch on the mahogany and oak trees were roped off, cut and lowered to the ground. This procedure is time consuming but very important to me as I have a fully landscaped backyard and didn't want any of it damaged. After everything was trimmed, it was all cleaned up by the crew and put in the tree shredder. All loose debris was picked up or blown clean. I highly recommend Elmar and his crew!!

I asked Rodrigo about taking care of my home once again but he stated that he no longer is involved in residential lawn care and only is interested in commercial work and he gave me the name of another lawn care person to maintain my Coral Springs home when I asked for a recommendation for company's performing lawn care in my area. According to Rodrigo his company, Aviator Lawn Care is no longer providing services for residential customers.

Rodrigo quoted me a price of over $10,000 to build 2 retaining walls made of railroad ties a few…read moreyears ago. In his quote he included rebar to be installed to hold the ties in place. When the job was done, there was no rebar and he said it wasn't needed. I contacted him shortly after and said the wall was moving so he promised to come back to install the rebar. I never heard from him again and the wall is moving very badly. He is not an honest businessman!
