We had a major issue with our lawn in 2023 stemming from the significant rainfall that NW Broward county last year. The over-saturated, over-treated yard generated multiple issues in our lawn: fungus, sodworms, and a nice variety of weeds. We tried several national lawn maintenance companies to treat our lawn but they could not solve the problems. In fact, they made it worse from over-application, not truly understanding the scope of the problems, or prioritizing the order for treatment of each of the lawn issues. I was not sure where to turn so I turned to Google. I hired Sean's company based on an in-depth google search, the content of his website, the excellent reviews his company received, and a phone conversation to vet Sean's company. Sean came over to assess the yard, identified all the aforementioned issues, the reasons that they existed, and was confident he could fix all of them. He prescribed a full year maintenance program that outlined the course of treatment, as well as the priority for addressing each issue with our lawn. I have been a home owner here in Coral Springs for over 30 years. I have seen the good and bad with a variety of contractors and companies. We are now in to our fifth of ten treatments (5-6 weeks apart). The results from Sean's efforts are amazing. To say that I am ecstatic so far would be an understatement. My neighbor just started using Mr, Rodgers services, so when they came out to install some plants…read morefor them they ran into some roots. I was at home and they asked if I had a rope or chain they could borrow to try to yank them out. I went and found a chain and hook and loaned it to them, I also had a hammer and PVC cutter that their sprinkler guy left on the job a week earlier, so I gave them to Mr. Rodgers's man in charge of the job. After they were done, guess what, they didn't return my chain. I called Mr. Rodgers numerous times and left messages (3 times) and never heard back from anyone. I spoke to his son yesterday when he was mowing the lawn, and he said he didn't know who borrowed it, but that it was probably lost by now. The moral to this review, if you are having Mr. Rodgers service you take inventory of your stuff in your yard, you might come home to things missing. Even if you personally lend them something it could end up missing and no one at Mr. Rodgers will know what you are talking about and won't even acknowledge you're existence by returning your calls. Thank you Mr. Rodgers for showing me that your integrity is questionable at best, especially when you personally handle all the phone messages.

I confirmed the plan on how much they could and would cut for my satisfaction. They trimmed a palm tree too high for my usual yard guys and they took down all of the coconut missiles. They neatly piled up all of the trimmed branches on the swale so the bulk pickup truck from my city could remove it from the property. It was a pleasant surprise to have Irv and crew show up and I would definitely contact them again or next time have them trim the 10 palm trees in the back yard.
