Contacted G/L in the Spring '2025 re hail damage on roof from storms in 2024. Together, we put in a claim with my State Farm H/O policy. who inspected roof and authorized paying for only spot repairs, which, of course, is unreasonable for a number of reasons. But even that offer to pay was less than my deductible so, essentially, no payment was offered. That's when G/L really went to work on S/F on our behalf, and over the next several months, S/F ultimately reversed their appraisal and authorized full payment for a tear-off and complete roof replacement at no cost to us whatsoever. Our new roof was installed in the Fall 2025, by a very professional, courteous and knowledgeable crew of 7-8 people over the course of 3 consecutive days. We were very impressed by the efforts G/L, Tom, the Owner, and his entire crew from start to finish. i contacted beacon roofing supply aka q.x.o trying to get the supply list of the materials that were delivered to my home because thomas kazmierczak of greenlight restoration llc won't release it to me. beacon aka qxo refuses to release it to me per thomas kazmierczak . i called 2 of their corporate offices and they said they would get back to me and it hasn't happened yet. i wonder why thomas kazmierczak of greenlight restoration llc doesn't want me to see the supply list ? i don't want any of his information i just want to know what was delivered to my home. hmmmmm, i got a pretty good idea why he dorsn"t want me to see the list. more importantly why is beacon aka qxo helping him. furthermore i have to question these other reviews!!!!!!!..i sent a letter of demand to thomas and his attorney, his attorney told me he's no longer representing greenlight......be careful folks..i see in recent posts he dropped the llc at the end of his name... same crook though read more

Green Light Restoration began remodeling my residence on 12/28/21. Today is 9/2/22 and the work that was scheduled to be complete in March 2022 has yet to be completed. The water resistant wood laminate flooring that was installed is in worse condition after an attempted repair due to damaged planks being installed initially. The paint job is incomplete with areas that are still just primed, ceiling paint that is on the wall and other areas that feel like sandpaper due to lack of sanding. New doors were installed and don't close, entire kitchen flooded during work in kitchen and contractor was not reachable. I spent 4 hours cleaning up the water. Marble floor tile and mosaic kitchen tile is noticeably uneven. Contractor was asked to leave my home after becoming irate. Owner has now become unresponsive to emails or text sent requesting completion and correction of unacceptable work. I would not do business with this company. There has been no attempt to address the 62 pics I sent that represent incomplete or bad workmanship. This is unacceptable and shouldn't happen to anyone. If no stars was an option that is what I would give this company. read more

These characteristics are even more critical in emergency situations where important decisions have to made quickly. On each of these, Green Light Restoration knocked it out of the park. Tom (the owner) and his crew quickly to diagnosed ALL the issues, they did the work in a manner that was convenient to us, and Tom was always to discuss the situation, and Tom was always straight with us.
