Angel came out, measured everything, and within a couple of days sent me an estimate. I received three estimates, and his was not the least expensive, but after talking with him, I felt confident that he was honest, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what he was doing. It took me more than a week to make my decision, and then I had to wait my turn. About three weeks later, they were ready to begin my project. Angel was extremely patient with me because I could not make up my mind about the rock colors. My husband and I went to Cinderlite and brought home samples, but I still wasn't sure. Angel even made another trip to get additional samples and brought them to me. I finally found the colors I wanted! The crew worked in extremely hot conditions, yet every day they left my front yard clean and orderly. They did not install the rock until I had approved the design, which they first painted out on the weed barrier so I could see exactly how it would look. I was also concerned about my trees getting enough water. They checked each tree before putting the rock down and then checked them again afterward, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Requested bids and designs to remove all the grass in the backyard, install sitting walls around trees with flag stone steps and zero scape setting. The rabbits and voles wreaked havoc in our backyard. We've had to replace our lawn twice. Jeff with Rock Solid Landscaping responded. We agreed to meet and walk the yard. We wanted 3 mounds with larger rocks around with native plants. The crew started everyday at 7am and worked until 4pm. They were always on time and worked a full day. This job was completed in 2 weeks. They delivered a porta potty, bobcat in front of our home. They put cones for safety. They are very organized, when dirt, rocks were delivered they moved to backyard. Then they swept the street and/or driveway to keep clean. Our neighbors complemented on the nice job of keeping street clean. Juan Carlos and his 2 workers were very well organized. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. Everything was setup up and Heber and his team said they'd take care of our snow removal in a timely manner if/when the Reno area received 3 inches or more of snow. Fast forward to the storm that dropped 8 inches of snow the night of Jan 10th and Heber left us guessing when they would plow our parking lot. The following morning he informed us without any notice that they would not be able to service our account. Not only did Heber bail on us with no notice, but he waited until well into the next morning to inform us of this after our parking lot had turned into a sheet of ice. Heber and Plan It Premises Services do not keep their word. They left us without plow service after we received 8inches of snow, and did not even have the courtesy to call us before or during the storm. Heber instead waited until the following day to send a text that we weren't going to receive their plow service and would not answer any calls regarding this. Heber and Plan It Premise Services have left us and our customers in a dangerous situation. Horrible and extremely unprofessional service from Heber and Plan It Premises Services. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your needs.
