He drove and diagnosed my truck as being a front transfer case that was making a awful winding noise. After pre-paying for a $500 transfer case, it took over a week to come in. He put the transfer case in and called me and told me it still had the awful winding noise. He advised me that he was going to drop the transmission pan the very next morning as I was in a desperate need for my truck. I agreed to pay the additional labor and he was to start first thing in the morning. When I went to the shop at lunch time, he was working on other vehicles as mine was parked outside. At that point he told me he had other cars in front of me, you know how that goes, I'm running a business. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I then, just to keep from stooping to his level paid 171.18 for the labor on the transfer case that I didn't even need. I would highly discourage anyone from business in this garage. Chad

A few weeks later I took my car to him for a new water pump and he broke my radiator and expected me to pay to replace the one he boke. then less than a year later the air stopped working took it back in and he swore his work was good and that I spent 1100 bucks for 6 weeks of air, All the parts was suppose to be under warranty, I took my car to another shop and was told that Kenny but to much freon and that it caused the seal to break and ruin the compressor (the new compressor) and he told me that none of the parts seemed new to him. As a mechanic he knew that his work was shady but chose to lie to me so he would not have to fix his mistake. I had to pay another 1100 dollars to get a whole new unit. this man is a shyster that takes advantage of single woman, not caring that they have children and that kind of money doesnt come easy
