I thought that was a too expensive so I decided to just have them do the exterior. They did a pretty mediocre job, not polishing several areas of the paintwork and not even bothering to clean the wheels. On October 8th I dropped my car off at KLEENWORX. For the same price the other shop charged for the exterior only KLEENWORX detailed the exterior, interior and engine compartment. The quality of the work and attention to detail was head and shoulders above the previous shop. KLEENWORX is usually booked out several weeks so you will have to make an appointment. I phoned our road service and they explained no one could help us in a 100 mile radius because of the holiday. I phoned and left a message with Tyler's Trucking that morning. I received a return call late afternoon from them. The person I spoke with was very apologetic and said that he was out of the cell phone service area. He said they could help us at 8 am the next day which was perfect. Two very competent men arrived right on time. They determined the problem very fast and left to find the part we needed. They arrived back in a couple of hours with the part. Apparently it was hard to find and we were pleased they had found it. We were charged a very reasonable rate. We were on the road before noon. I would highly recommend this company. They really were very professional in all aspects in dealing with them.

We were lucky enough to notice Lutz's bay door closing as we passed and quickly pulled in. The shop was closed, but the owner went out of his way to help us. After taking a quick look, he let us know it was a coolant leak and he would work on it the next day. He set realistic expectations and was kind and thoughtful. He had the truck fixed and ready to go the next day, and was very reasonably priced. If you're in a bind or just looking for some general maintenance, we couldn't recommend Lutz Automotive enough!

Apparently tires are one of the commodities that are in short supply due to Covid. We called several places and Lutz's Automotive was able to order a tire for us and have it there the next morning. They were super helpful and very friendly. Their service was outstanding and we felt like they really cared about our issue. Several service technicians jumped in to help change the tire and then they even drove it to make sure everything was set correctly. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars these folks deserve it. I wish we lived closer to these wonderful people but Virginia is a bit far to drive. Ryan and Derrick we now feel like we have friends in Vermont! Outstanding!
