I called them up a couple of weeks ago. They did a virtual walk through with me and gave me a fair price. I checked the price against 3 other larger companies. Theirs was the best. On the day of packing, the crew showed up and got right to work. They were super Excellent. They returned the next day to actually move my things to my new home. They showed up with a crew 2x the size of the packing crew and got the job done....door to door...in just under 7 hours. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism and respect that they showed me and my family. It was cool that a lot of the crew had military ties. If I have to move again, I will be contacting Sebastian.

There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. The 2 movers were extremely efficient AND careful. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. On the day of the move, they texted me with an ETA and were right on time as per the 1 hour window discussed. They were polite and professional and got right to work. My furniture packed, moved and unpacked was estimated at 2 hours and it came in just under since they worked so well as a team. They padded and wrapped my furniture to keep it safe and clean and everything arrived in good condition as they unpadded and unwrapped it as they placed it where I requested. Brent did a site visit at my home to give me an accurate quote and told me if I need boxes prior to my move, I could pick them up from their warehouse. I did need boxes and Esteban ended up dropping them off to me which was really nice! My move took two days - the first for packing and loading my belongings and the second for moving and unpacking. The three gentlemen who did this for us, Arod, Josh and Gabe were really pleasant and efficient. However, I am disappointed that we were left with some damage to our furniture, including a nightstand I had just bought recently for our new home. I would've appreciated a heads up that the damage was made, but unfortunately nothing was said. They covered, wrapped and labeled every piece of furniture we had, and did it with care.
