I had Green Oasis come out in the spring to fertilize, put a pre emergent down, and weed control. It is now August and my lawn is crawling with crabgrass, I reached out to them and was told they could come back and spray for crabgrass at the cost of about $350. I asked to talk to a manager and was blown off. They do not stand by their service and would recommend not wasting your money on this company! read more

I was so excited to discover Green Oasis. Lawn care, pest control, irrigation services, and landscaping all within one company. Everyone I've encountered with Green Oasis has been amazing. I recently had my irrigation system blown out for the upcoming winter. I was floored when I got my bill. $170!!!! I called to make sure that was correct - and honestly I didn't think it was. That's double what everyone else is charging. I found out that is the correct charge - $120 for the blow out and a $50 mileage charge. WTH? $50 mileage charge???? They list a location that's in Woodbury - literally less than 10 miles from my house. The most frustrating part is that I wasn't told ahead of time that there would be a $50 mileage charge. If I had, I would have declined the service and used another of the numerous irrigation companies in our area. Seems like a very shady practice. It cost you a customer. read more

We hired Green Oasis to come after requesting quotes on line. I was contacted by their sales person and we told him what our price range expectation was (I told him what we've been paying from other services for the last 5 years which was around $300). He assured me it would be around that amount. 2 persons $98 per hour & haul away fee. They came the day after it rained all night. They stood in the street in front of our home & talked for 15 minutes and another 15 minutes afterward. We we're home & we watched them. They worked a total of 1.10 hours. It has never taken more than 45 minutes to do our yard! They charged us $463! The drivers claimed they worked 1.75 hours. I called & emailed Green Oasis to discus this. The person (Isaac) called us back & said the GPS in the truck said they were here 1.75 hours. I said "maybe so but they were not working 1.75 hours". This Isaac person was not willing to work with us on this and did not even take into consideration that it's never taken this long & we've never been charged this excessive amount. I was not attempting to get out of paying but they should have charged for 1.10 hours of service and adjusted for us. We were a new customer & my husband is a 90% disabled veteran. I will NEVER use Green Oasis again. They lost a potential return customer. Beware of Green Oasis. They do not care about their customers or believe them. read more

Great job! I wanted to get holiday lights on my house. I have a very high peak that we could not safely get to. I had one place come out and say "no we can't go up that high". I talked to Green Oasis, and they had no problem with it. They took care of it when I wasn't even home. Easy experience, and fantastic working with them. Utilized these guys to do our windows and screens. Would never recommend them because of numerous issues. First, was told there would be a crew to help. One person arrived and he shared with us that he had only been with the company for a few weeks. It obviously showed as numerous streaks on the windows, some spots were completely missed, no window frames were cleaned. Was so apparent because they went around the cobwebs instead of removing them. After reviewing the end result took pictures and called back my main contact. He agreed that the level was not up to par, but his hands were tied when he went back to management to see what they could do. On top of bad service, their customer experience/service level is a one star as well. People beware! read more

We contacted Green Oasis last spring (2019) after we had a terrible experience with an independent contractor. From the very first interaction with this company, specifically Ben Graf, we felt reassured and confident that they would be able to complete our project and give us the paver patio we were looking for. Ben was very easy to get ahold of, very personable and included both myself and my husband in every part of the decision making. He put together detailed project plans, adjusting them to our specifications with regard to style, color and price. When an incident occurred that damaged a few of the bricks for our patio, Ben was quick to get this remediated, extremely apologetic and took full responsibility for the error. We're so grateful we went with Green Oasis and didn't cut corners on this project, as we've gotten so much joy out of it in the past couple of months during this pandemic. Highly recommend this company. We're actually considering them for a few future projects. read more
