I paid a little extra for the most detailed wash available plus tip, and I did notice there were areas on the tires that were briskly missed during the tire cleaning. But life is short and nobody cares about smudge in the crevices of my tires. HAH. They're tires. I guess my point is they did a good enough job cleaning the car. I've given these guys multiple chances in hopes of seeing a change and finally I've given up. The general wash is ok if you're in a hurry. It will leave some spots on your car, doesn't get the small crevices of your grill or bumper and doesn't remove all bird poop. As for their "detailing service," I would suggest skipping it and going elsewhere. My boyfriend and I both took our vehicles in to be detailed. When I dropped off my car there were dog nose marks all over my back windows and dog fur on the floor in the back that I couldn't wait to have cleaned out. When I picked up my car it still had dog nose prints on it and hair all over the back seat. I wanted the hair and nose prints gone! Who does a detailing service and doesn't clean the passenger side windows or doesn't vacuum the back seat area?!? They also left these weird brown drip marks down the side of my driver door. They didn't even bother trying to get the bird poop off my boyfriends passenger side window. They also left behind this goop all over the hood and side of the car. It's as if they were going to wax the car, squirted wax on it and changed their minds. They didn't vacuum out the back of his truck as we requested. It's as if they wiped down the front windows, shined the tires, stalled a bit, then came to get us pretending like they actually did something. If you drive past this carwash you will see numerous signs that say "FREE VACUUM." My car happens to be very clean right now since it is new, but it did get some dirt and grass in it that I needed to get vacuumed, so I thought this might be a cool opportunity to grab a vacuum for a few seconds and check out a new car wash place. However, when you get to the area where the vacuums are located, there are signs next to every vacuum that says vacuums are for paying customers only. I totally understand that concept of not giving things away for free and wanting people to pay for the things they use, but if you are going to advertise something as free then it should probably be free. Saying that it is only free if you pay for something is actually the opposite of being free. It is of course not free, but simply a matter of how they do their marketing. I actually think this would be brilliant if it weren't simply deceptive. Give away free air, get people into your place, and then tell them about your detailing services. There is a strong chance I would have brought my other car here. But this is just aggravating instead. read more

This place looks better since they remodeled it, but was run better before as Asians previously ruled with iron fists and your car came out super clean. I am a monthly membership customer, and came several times a week. Now the staff has gotten lazy, they barely wipe the tail or front of the car or the spokes of my wheels, and even though ticket clearly says armorall on the tires, they have to reminded. I wish they payed attention to detail, and I as a customer, would have to get out of my vehicle to wipe my win car down. There isn't a manager floating outside life previously so that is why the quality has gone down. I have spoken to management 3x and every-time they have rewash the car. But if they did this correctly the first time it would save time. I can't say I'm very happy with them, unfortunately you have to step out of your vehicle and inspect as they will do the bare minimum these days! read more

See Update below. So it's 1pm on a Saturday, I would completely understand a wait to get my car washed especially right off Preston. No wait, greeted by a very professional woman who explained my options quickly and without pressure. The drive through worked very well and the after "full service" was quick but VERY good. The waiting parlor was nice and clean. Plenty of room and has a massage chair, fireplace and big screen TV. Small vending machines for snack and a drink but otherwise a great spot. All this took less than 15-20 minutes during peak days on a Saturday and cost me $20 bucks. Now THATS a deal. ***update. Look at the AFTER WASH dirt on my car. Awww boo! Why did you increase your prices?? Just like Zachary K., I loved their $3 car washes which came with a hand towel dry at the end. It was fast and quick and the machines did a good job. Hooray for free self vacs too! Finally it's sunny and the rain has stopped so I'm taking my car to the car wash! I pull up... say wha?? Where's the big $3 sign? It's $5 now. Boo hoo. I'll blame it on the poor economy I suppose. $5 for their basic car wash but they also had $7, $10, etc. washes which came came with more features. I opted for the $7 bc it came with the towel dry and the $5 one didn't but came with an air dry instead. The attendant wrote a 7 on my windshield and off I go. The process was the same - you get on the belt and go through the machine. I like how there are guys out there to quickly manually pre-wash your car. At the end, there were the fellas drying my car by hand. How did they know I purchased the $7 car wash instead of the $5 one? Next time I'll do the $5 and see what happens. $6 for the basic car wash and they hand dry the car at the end of the car wash!!! This is so important Bc we know that that the water that doesn't dry off gets your car dirtier. AMAZING SERVICE. I will begin by saying my car was a total wreck and in major need of a cleaning. The part that was done, was done well. The part that wasnt, obviously wasn't. I got there 2 hours before they closed, on Sunday, for a full detail with add in $50 for carpet shampoo and $50 for seat scrub, which I happily did because it was gross. I was first told they couldnt do both because of the time, and that I had to come in on Monday - which didnt work with family schedules/babysitter. When I told them I couldnt do that, the lady spoke to the owner and they said they would take my car. I again stated that it was really dirty and didnt want it to be taken if they didnt have time to clean it properly. She reassured me it would be or they wouldnt do it. When I got there to pick up the car, at 545 just before they closed, I checked the car and it looked good, just little dirt under the seat. I got home and my husband looked behind the seat and it was disgusting. We went back to use the vacuum and do it ourselves. The owner looked out from the door wondering why we were back and went back inside- never asked. read more

I really like this car wash. I will usually go all the way to Forest Car Wash because its the best to me with service and pricing, but this place is just up there with them too. Its much closer. I like it because the wash price is reasonable, and they have these guys to had dry the car after the wash. Convenience is the big selling point for this place. They also have a lot of other services that they offer if you need something like window tinting to windshield repair. Neat little car wash in a nice area. read more

I am definitely coming back after the service I got from this place. It was my first time, so I asked the guy which wash he recommended, he wasn't a pushy sales person which was nice. I finally decided with one of the washes where they wash it and coat the car with hot wax. After that is completed, the workers will then dry off your car. They also shine the wheels as well. New Owners, new prices; YIKES. Been going here for 6 years every week. The "Wheel deal " was $12.95, new owners kicked it to $15.95 and it seemed to have a whole new staff some with walkie talkies on their coveralls scraping against your car. Now the only wash where you can get your wheels cleaned is $18.95 and it includes that crappy spray on wax that no one needs. Also half the vacuum hoses have been removed or are inoperable. For the record, I drive an 2006 BMW 325Ci and I have NEVER had issues like this with other car washes that do interior cleaning mainly because OTHER car washes know what they are doing. AVOID the $10 interior cleaning because clearly they cannot handle your car with care. 3 times I've had something break due to the interiors cleaners being extra violent. Once was a clean rip of the entire fabric, another time was a BROKEN SEAT, and this last time was another fabric rip. The manager says these areas are gentle, but chooses to argue that it's the car's fault and not his employees. Furthermore, he tried to argue with me saying my car is "junk" and threw insults rather than being professional. He would rather blame his customers than take responsibility for something that is clearly this place's fault. I have given them the benefit of the doubt twice, but this third time was enough. This place and its manager are a joke. If you need a car wash just wait for it to rain. AVOID THIS PLACE. read more

Today was my first time to get my car washed at Green Planet. I'm the type of guy that washes the car in the driveway and will take a couple of hours doing so. Needless to say, I'm super skeptical about someone else washing it to my standard. These guys exceeded my expectations. For 23 bucks, you drive through the wash system then pull into a covered garage bay where the interior and tires are done. I wanted so badly to stand over their shoulders watching every little detail. These guys killed it! Tires were shiny with no specks of brake dust left. Interior was spotless. And I was gone in less than 10-12 minutes. Highly recommend them. The employees are professionally dressed in khaki's and company shirts, not the like the others that have younger employees who may or may not be concerned about doing a good, complete job. Outstanding experience! Will be back. Update: I went back to Green Planet yesterday and oh, how things have changed! What the hell happened here? Nothing close to the experience I had my first time at this car wash. Prices are the same, but gone are the covered garage bays where tires & interiors were done, unless you choose the top of the line detail package that's priced over $100 according to one employee. Now it's done outside under a cheap awning by guys that act like they don't enjoy working there. Gone are the professional employees that took pride in their work. Replaced with younger, under-paid employees (my guess) because of the crappy job they did on my tires and interior and seemed to care very little about it. I had to pull out some cash to get these guys to finally do it right. The owner has even changed. Same guy, but last time cheerful & friendly, this time surly and indifferent. read more

I had high expectations after read reviews here and went for first time this week. I was quite disappointed to realize the not as expected service after the long wait and paid almost 50 dollars for interior and lava clean. I waited for 1h or more, and had to run cause was late to work. Attached picture of not as expected service besides some good reviews for this place. It is a while I try to find a decent place to have my car cleaned once in a good while, thus I do a full cleaning.. Went 30 minutes before they close, and it took someone about 5 minutes to come ring me up. Got the basic exterior wash, and I drove on through. Seems to me that they skimp on the the soap and water during the wash. Maybe that's what they mean by Eco-friendly? The metal arms that wash your car do seem to come dangerously close to my car and the brushes are a lot thinner and drier that I would feel comfortable with. I suspect they may have caused small ding on the side of my car but I can't say that definitely. Some guys at the end wait to towel dry your car, which is nice but they also missed a lot of spots despite being 3 of them. The vacuum was worthless and didn't have any suction. My car is cleaner but not that clean. I most likely will not return. read more

I had a great review for this wash in 2015 and it has since changed hands and equipment getting old. Took a new black Escalade thru a couple times and noticed scratches on paint. They said OH NO - NOT HERE and denied responsibility. I then took a new Range Rover thru it and after 3-4 times noticed same type paint scrapes in same areas on this white car. Of course - pointed it out and they again said OH NO - NOT HERE, so have cancelled our corporate monthly plan on now new 2018 cars! Land Rover discounted my perfectly detailed RR $2,500 for paint damage - ALL done at Green Planet. If you do not mind scratched glass, mirrors, plastic and paint scars, good to go there. We will just pay for hand washes or wash personally in future. Be advised GP WILL RUIN THE VALUE ON HIGH DOLLAR CARS - Great for average car or rentals! read more

A new salesman, Joe, came into my Job and offered me a detail for $54.99 for a "pick two" off the advertised brochure. (an auto shop next door) I was happy with the price, but I proposed to bring it the next day since I had my Camaro seats in my Civic and didn't want them to touch or move it. They are heavy rusty metal seats. I had placed them a certain way so it would not damage the interior of my civic. I had one seat in my trunk and one on top of my FOLDED back seats. Plus it was a rainy day and they even closed early trying to haggle with me while I'm trying to be focused at my job. After repeating to Joe many times that I would bring my car the next day, he took my keys and said we will just do the front today, so I agreed to ONLY do the front half of my civic. A few hours later he parked my car in the back of the shop where I worked and asked for my payment. I told Joe that I will come with him. When we arrived to the cashier. He told the owners wife my bill was $150. After giving her my card I mentioned that it was agreed that the bill would be $54.99 as advertised. Joe pretended that he never showed me the special then "remembered" it being $119.99 and said "charge her $119.99" She then charged my card $119.99. I left angry and decided I will have to dispute it later as I was still on the clock at work and did not have time to argue. When I went to inspect the work that was done, I noticed that the exterior was washed, my back seats were folded back up with the dirty Camaro seat on top of my light gray FABRIC seats, AND my floor matts were missing. Then to find out my car had more damages!! Result - Stained Seat, missing floor matts, long scratch along the left inner door panel, another deep scratch on the back of the passenger seat, and the cover along the side where my seat belt is was broken off. I SPECIFICALLY said DO NOT TOUCH OR MOVE ANYTHING IN THE BACK OF MY CAR!! For this very reason! The following day I confronted the owner and he completely blew me off, and just told me to run it through the wash again since it had rained the same day it was washed (unrequested). After I convinced the owner to try to remove the stain, I spoke to one of the employees as he was trying to get the stain out of my back seat and he said he was the one who had removed my seats. I find it interesting when the following Saturday my mother, title owner, came to speak with the owner. He refused to give her his name, he yelled at her while throwing his hands in the air and lied to her face saying that he himself removed the seats. I am beyond upset with they way he treats customers and his employees. The dishonesty, the scamming, the overall quality of the service is baffling. He blew me off and my mother off. Now I'm short $120 and have to pay nearly $700 in damages, when the whole purpose of the detail was to sell my vehicle. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PATHETIC. I could write an entire page why this was so bad. All you need to know was I was very unhappy with my car and asked them to make it right. I was basically laughed at. I asked if they stood by their service and the owner chose to attack me personally. I asked if I could leave and come back in five minutes to use the vacuum which he agreed and I appreciate. Once I returned and asked why I couldn't get an explanation about my car, the "owner" resumed his personal attack saying I lied about something to his manager(wouldn't elaborate)? As you can see by the number of check in's I have here, I'm a big fan of this car wash. For $18 a month I get unlimited car washes, how can you beat that? That doesn't include the interior of the car but they have free vacuums for that. The inside of my car doesn't get that dirty so $18 a month for a spotless car is well worth it. read more

Came to this car wash with a pretty muddy truck. Paid an extra $10 for a pre wash (this was expected) to get the mud off before getting a full detail. When they got the truck to the detail area and opened the doors there was still some mud. At that time, the owner of the business came and and started YELLING at us about how they wouldn't clean the mud from the inside of the doors. This is absolutely NOT how you speak to a customer. Had he simply and calmly addressed the mud, there wouldn't have been a problem, I would have gladly paid ANOTHER $10 to clean the inside of the doors but he chose to be super rude. It used to be $3 then I would have given it five stars but still all in all a good deal because I can vaccum my car for a good 30 minutes so it saves me money going here! I drive about 15 minutes and pass many other car washes to get to this one! I love it! read more
