I had them coming 3 times already. non of their technical representatives resolved the issue. their owner JUAN been in my property twice. this guy is a real piece of work. he doesn't want to issue a refund or to resolve the issue. The Board Of Contractors will have a good look at this company and their owner!!! I had a few major companies coming in and giving me diagnostics of this unit. every one of them indicated the installation was HORRIBLE and done by complete AMATEURS. all of them send me estimates of 1200$-1300$ to reinstall and repair all the issues. I repeat DO NOT GET A REPAIR OR INSTALLATION WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!

Contacted them for their air duct cleaning special at $99…read more I was told by Yessie (Jesi or Jessy?) that it included up to 7 air ducts/vents. They cleaned one duct/vent and vacuumed around the register. No other ducts were cleaned (paint on the vent screws were still there evidence the vent wasn't removed.) I finally got around to viewing the invoice and it simply says 1 air duct and a charge for $99. ***Update*** 09/26/16 Spoke with Juan. He confirmed with me the duct cleaning special was indeed for 7 vents and a register. I informed him that only the one vent and register was cleaned. He offered to come out and finish the work or fully refund the $99 paid. I told him that service was indeed done (the one vent and register) so I don't want all my money back. That would be petty. We discussed the price of one vent cleaning and agreed to have a prorated amount of the original $99 refunded. It'll be a couple of days. Overall I give him props for reaching out to me and doing his best to make it right. Takes cajones and proves to me he wants his business done right by people. Thanks Juan

He was on time, professional and before coming in to talk, spent some time outside and inspecting the roof and electrical stuff. The information about the county solar initiative was very enlightening and he was a wealth of knowledge. After he determined we could get solar with ZIP down he showed us how much we could save. After eliminating our bill, we will pay less in payments for the system than we pay the power company and there was no down payment, and when it's paid off - no payments at all! Cool! I always wondered why so many roofs in my neighborhood have solar; make sense with this company. We just signed up and it's not installed yet (45 days), but so far, the regular status updates are what he promised. I will be updating yelp when it's up and I'm saving.

We found it very unprofessional as in ignoring a few times that he was blocking my view of the screen, there were no brochures or hand-outs of any kind, he spoke so fast that no questions could be asked & there wasn't a Q&A period. After attending many financial seminars (& 1 solar), the dinners were always wonderful sit-down affairs, as well as fine presentations of interesting material. This one was like a potluck, serve yourself... overdone & tasteless chicken parm, an average Caesar salad (in a community bowl), plain white creamy pasta, dry meatballs not resembling the typical Italian kind, & hunky white bread w/tomato sauce (don't even think of Bruschetta). Several of us felt that Fritss must have brought this food from home. Yes, he may be new in the solar industry, but his presentations overall need help.

We have decided to sell our home and with that comes the buyer's home inspection process. The buyer's inspector suggested that our double sinks were not up to code and required repair. To appease our buyers, I immediately called Pure Plumbing to correct the issue. Francis C. was dispatched to my home today in regard to the above matter. Turns out, the sinks are very much up to code. He took several pictures, cited plumbing code, etc. I was relieved that we did not require a repair and that Francis and Pure Plumbing was so honest with me. Francis provided me with documentation of his findings that I can keep for my records and also provide to the realtors/buyers. It has been a pleasure doing business with Pure Plumbing and I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. I hear they have a top notch AC/HVAC division as well.(we never required their services for that though :) )

To start, scheduling the appointment was easy and the office staff were attentive and professional…read more The company was running a $19 promotion for what was advertised as a coil cleaning and inspection service, which sounded like a great opportunity to have my mini-split system checked out. Unfortunately, my experience changed once the technician arrived. After discussing my concerns, only a very limited inspection was performed. The technician checked my refrigerant lines by hand and, during the process, tore part of the insulation covering the lines. The insulation was left damaged without being repaired, repositioned, or taped back together. I explained that I had recently cleaned the system myself and had been experiencing performance issues afterward. By the time of the appointment, the system had fortunately started operating normally again. Despite my concerns, the technician did not perform what I would consider a thorough inspection of either the outdoor unit or the indoor head unit. Several areas I asked about were dismissed with comments such as, "Don't worry about that, it doesn't need cleaning." When I later asked about replacement options and newer systems, the conversation quickly shifted toward sales estimates. I was quoted approximately $11,000 for a new ductless mini-split installation. While I understand labor, materials, permits, overhead, and warranties contribute to installation costs, the estimate seemed significantly higher than I expected. What confused me most was that the technician appeared far more interested in discussing replacement options than addressing the maintenance concerns I originally scheduled the appointment for. At the end of the visit, I was informed there would be a $19 charge. Assuming this was being collected before the advertised coil cleaning service was performed, I also provided a $20 tip. However, the technician then left without performing any coil cleaning service. In the end, I paid for a service call, had insulation on my system damaged, received very little troubleshooting or maintenance assistance, and never received the coil cleaning that was advertised and expected. I left the experience disappointed and feeling that my concerns were never properly addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
