If you're considering this company, please read this first! Today's the day we finally got rid of the worst solar panels we've ever owned. Yes, they were still under warranty. Yes, we paid thousands to replace them. Why? Because we bought this house just eight months ago... and in only eight months, we had THREE SEPARATE LEAKS from this system. Let that sink in: three leaks in eight months. The panels were already installed (and under warranty) when we bought the house. During the first service call, after the first leak (believe it or not, this happened the very day we got the keys), the technician told us he remembered our house because shortly after the installation, there had already been a leak. The roof hadn't been sealed properly, and it had caused serious water damage inside. We had to repair parts of the ceiling when we moved in. Now we know why. Then came the second leak, still within just a few months. We tried calling, almost impossible to reach anyone. And when you finally do, the receptionist is rude, unhelpful, and acts like you're the problem. No replies to texts unless you send multiple and wait several days. And even then, it takes three weeks to get a repair appointment. Meanwhile, water is leaking and their only advice is to "shut down your pump." Seriously? And here's the kicker: even though the system is under warranty, they charge you for every repair. No explanation. No transparency. Just: "You pay, or we don't fix it." Great business model! Sell low-quality panels that constantly fail, and make money on the so-called "warranty" calls. Also, be aware: they don't even send their own staff. They use contractors. And when the contractor came for the second leak, he himself told us the panels this company uses are garbage and fail all the time. Then came leak number three. Still within eight months. That was it for us. We decided to replace the whole system before we ended up with major water damage like the previous owners. So today, we paid $7000 out of pocket to remove that piece of crap from our roof and replace a system that's only three years old (but has failed three times in eight months, and had already failed before we bought the house too. How many times? Only God knows). We chose a company we already trust, the same one who installed panels at our other home where we've had zero problems in five years. Bottom line: this is a bad company selling bad products, with terrible customer service and zero accountability. So please, save yourself the headaches, the leaks, the ignored messages, the shady charges, and the constant stress. Do not use this company. And if they respond to this review with an apology, believe it at your own risk. Apologies won't fix your panels, won't save you money, and certainly won't keep you from going through the kind of nightmare we did. read more

I had to get roof replaced and Solar panels where 20+ years old, not worth saving. 2020: Solar heater installed. 12 year warranty offered and accepted. It'll be needed, as you will soon see. 2021: Heater leaking off roof. "Bad valve" blamed. 2022: Heater leaking off roof. "Bad valve" blamed again. 2023: Heater leaking off roof. "Bad valve" blamed yet again. A tech burps up that Terry got a faulty batch of valves - based on the entire experience, I assume they were low quality and a cost cutting move. 2024: Bubbles out of pool vents and knocking on roof. When contacting Naylor, the issue was deflected off onto my own pool equipment. When the heater started leaking again, radio silence. Had to use a Google Voice number under the pretext of a new heater sale to TRICK THEM INTO REPLYING. Waited 2 1/2 weeks for appointment. They showed up, fixed all 3 issues. Although no reason was given, "Too much pressure from a clogged filter" was the tech's "guess" even though the filter was cleaned at the start of the season. 2025: Heater leaking off roof. Wait 3 weeks for appointment. Tech fixes issue and now there are bubbles out of the vent and knocking, again before he even leaves. Now the tech's guess was NOT enough pressure from our pump and unless we replace our pump, there is no correction for the issue, even though they fixed it last year. So which is it, Terry? Too much pressure? Not enough pressure? Or are your systems built poorly that they fall apart annually? Oh and the decision to charge now for warranty calls are a low blow. Wasting too much overhead time on fixing your systems? Whose fault is that, Terry? And no, there is absolutely nothing on the paperwork for system installations that warranty calls should have been charged, but Terry only decided recently that he was going to charge for them. Having your tech lie outright? Really? I immediately called his competition and they'll be here on Monday to put the system through the ringer. Ask yourself: do you want to deal with this just to heat your pool? If you don't, under no circumstances do you call Naylor Solar. read more

I reached out to my pool service provider, Priority Pool, to ask if they installed the solar heaters for pools. They replied they didn't, but they partnered with Naylor Solar who did and they provided me with their number. So glad I called. Terry came out and walked me thru their product and service and we contracted with him to install ASAP. Proved to be the best investment for the pool. We have a deep pool, thus a large amount of water volume, but the solar heater has no difficulty getting the water into the 90's if desired. Absolutely great service. Hadn't used my solar pool heater for two years because it leaked. The system is old, and I thought it probably needed replacing. Naylor was recommended by my pool maintenance guy, and I called them for an inspection. He examined the panels and said they don't need replacing, and then he found the leak. The company contacted me the next day and they sent a rep , said the issue is faulty valves because they received a shipment with them and they are not sure which ones are faulty until they get installed , he changed the valve and tightened the screws around again and left , Iam not changing the star rating for now because of how many issues we had since February, hopefully this will help. read more

Awesome price, amazing service, I am so happy I found this company, our pool was just completed in June 2022, I asked around and was recommended a few different solar companies got quoted from a few but really felt better with Naylor and the price was about $1500 cheaper than anyone else, so I made the appointment for them to install I believe in June, there was an opening for August 3rd, so they came by installed and I loveeeeee it , worth every penny went swimming last night at 9pm after it had been raining off and on, and the pool was beautiful, I love the little bit of heat it gives you, don't expect it to be hot tub temperature (I don't have a pool thermometer) so I don't know what the temp is lol, but I know that the pool was starting to get cold in the afternoon and night before we had the heater installed, anyway definitely recommend. read more

We had our solar pool heater installed less than a year ago. It seems to be working nicely. It does depend on the ambient temperature. After installation, I had a guy stop by to teach me how to winterize it for 2022-2023 winter. Our first swim season since the installation and take a bit to warm the pool to the desired temp since the night still gets quite cold. There was a leak at the diverter when we switched on the heater, and 2 guys stopped by in 2 days to tighten everything up for free since it was installed less an a year ago. The heater seems to work fine but only time will tell how long this will last especially in the blistering Vegas summers. All-in-all, a solid company that stands Bahia's their produce and craftsmanship. read more

I saw that I could also text them. 10:08 a.m. Sent text requesting quote for pool solar maintenance & start-up 10:19 a.m. Received response with quote & address request for scheduling ***Less than 20 minutes response time****. 4-17 Received text - can schedule for May 16 Responded please schedule 5-14 Received text confirming I am on schedule for 5-16 with phone # to text on morning of 5-16 to get ETA 5-15 Received another text confirming 5-16 5-16 6:57 a.m. - Received text they were on their way, so I didn't even have to text for an ETA So as you can see their response time and communication is 10 stars if I could!! We've used Naylor for many years to service our solar. This year we called on April 22nd. We were interested in replacing our whole solar system. They only have a machine that says they're slammed with business, not to leave more than one message, & they'll get back to us. Well, it's now May 17th, no one has called us yet. We left 2 messages and sent them an email with zero response from them. We recommended them to many people over the years, & will no longer recommend them. Save your money and give to a company with quality product and professional response to problems that may arise. We purchased our system late 2020. Of course upon taking our money they were timely, professional and responsive but that didn't last. The 1st leak occurred at the end of the season 2021. For a fee they came out supposedly fix led it and winterized. The very next year, here we go again with leaking! 2022 leak supposedly fixed again and winterized. We opened the pool this year 2023 and immediately leaking. Only this time we have been ghosted and treated very unprofessional. Below you will see a text confirming our appointment that we waited 5 weeks to get and the NO SHOWED us. No call. No response. We gave gate codes, left our gate opened, made it completely accessible and we were available to reach at anytime yet not even a response to the calls or texts when they didn't show. So here we are with a continued leak and no one to speak with. We have always paid them for their service and have never complained that this is an annual occurrence but now I'm done and feel others have the right to know where they are spending their hard earned money. Please do the research I wish I had done and not just look at the installation and sales response but how they are as a company in the long run and how the product does not hold up. Ok, so I am a pretty handy guy and do everything I can to NOT hire a contractor for work around the house. As I was limited on help for this solar panel replacement project, I decided to look for a solar contractor. After the first attempt to contact a contractor didn't pan out, I found Naylor Solar. I left a message, was contacted shortly after, and made an appointment for an estimate. Terry showed up as scheduled, he explained his offerings, provided a price (which has a 12 year warranty) and was on his way. Very professional. It didn't take long to realize that the cost of the raw materials were not an astronomical savings, compared to the price from Naylor. We booked the install, the crew showed up on time with all the necessary items and completed the install in short order. We are very happy with the install and service provided by Crew and Leroy!! As a side note, Crew and team went above and beyond.....Crew manipulated the programming in our controller to make our solar system a smart system, turning off and on based on selected temperature. Recently we had our first solar leak as water was coming down from the roof. When I was looking up their website for a repair request I was reminded that they offer a 12 year warranty. I have to admit I wasn't optimistic due to most companies warranty hassles that I have dealt with in Las Vegas.
