I've now been twice in one week, which never happens, but it was that good and easy to call the same day to get an appointment too. $65 before tip for a one hour massage seems reasonable. I never write reviews but I was so upset, you will know how frustrating the interaction was if you see the length of this review. First of all I want to be transparent that I have scheduled her before and presented a no show due to an emergency. Another time I moved my time bc of a error on my classpass account. So I was very excited to come in today. I got here at 8:57am and called Nicole to ask the letter of her suite in the plaza. She said she wasn't even here at 8:57am. OKAY, I get it bc I was a no show before, I will give her the benefit of the doubt. I also work in clientele business, fitness and wellness business. I would NEVER give my potential clients attitude. So when I ask her her suite letter she says "it's Q," I wanted to make sure and asked her again and she got very snappy with me and repeated herself. I was doubtful of her tone but everyone has a bad day so I wanted to see how the massage goes! I scheduled for 90min! I got to the front of her door and knocked (since she seemed snappy already on the phone, I didn't wanna just walk in). I knocked, she said she didn't hear the knock, and I believe her. I waited outside bc I heard some noises so I figured she was setting things up since she probably just got there. I waited outside for another 5-10min and she saw me outside and opened the door. The first thing she said was "yknow you can just walk in, you don't have to wait outside." Again with an attitude. I was baffled lol, I wanted to relax and this is the greeting I get? When I was just trying to be considerate? Bc again, I work in this business as well. I tried to be understanding, but that is not how I would treat my potential clients or even just normal person that you first meet. Again I apologized to her that I have missed a session before, bc I know that is also frustrating but WOW how she snapped was really not nice. I did pretend to start recording on my phone, and as soon as she saw that, her tone changed and started to apologize to me and told me I won't be charged for this session. I walked out of my car very upset, but I wanted to make sure I do my part of making sure she was paid for my previous no show. So I went back in and asked her to make sure she was paid for that time. She said okay, she had to call around to make sure of that and she didn't even greet me out or anything. I normally don't write reviews, especially this long and detailed. But I was so frustrated and angry, that's how I walked out of the business.

I've never had an appointment canceled or had difficulty booking an appointment. I originally bought a set of 3 massages from Groupon and had such a good experience that I purchased another set on her website. She listens to what is hurting you and finds a way to help you feel better. She is always willing to adjust pressure. The aromatherapy aspect of it is really nice.

The owner of her building emails me asking why I reported it and how this affects his business and all this other stuff that doesn't matter to me as a patient using HSA. So, I tell him to lay off me and stop being awful and unorganized business owner because how was I supposed to know his and Mary Anne's grift? How was I supposed to know the bill would come from him? If I had known I would not have booked because my insurance pays for my massage because I have a medical issue not because I'm gaming the system.
