Since we had extra tiles lying around, he came back the following week to work on the roof. Additionally, when we asked if there was anything we could do about a few of our gutters being extra loud during the rain, he offered to come back to install some sponges that might dampen the sound of the rain hitting the gutters without blocking water flow. They were able to work around the solar de-installation schedule without any issues. The crew was motivated, skilled, very experienced, and showed up exactly on time, every day. The job site was maintained in a clean and safe manner at all times, and the quality of the work -- absolutely outstanding. Excellent value for the money in my opinion; a quality product, well installed. True-up at the end of the job was detailed, clear, and under budget. Strongly recommend this company.

More worried about getting the job done fast and not doing the proper steps to prevent danger. My six-year-old daughter put one through her foot and put her in the emergency room. I brought this to the owner's attention and all I got was a sorry text. Worst part is I warned him one week prior that there was excessive nails that we've been picking up and he claims he came by and did another sweep. All they had to do was lay tarps or plastic down to prevent this. Or don't do the job so fast and be sloppy and just throw everything off the roof in every direction. Or maybe have the owner actually be on site when his workers are working and prevent situation situations like.

We are on the edge of their service area (Redwood City). We had 2 homes to do (myself and my next door neighbor). Nick was very responsive and communication was excellent. His first visit came with a preliminary assessment and a walk of the roof. He took a number of photos to show us some of the problem spots (which were included in the final proposal). He's very personable and good to work with. Mostly over email and text, we were kept up to date on status. The proposal itself was very competitively priced. Juan was in charge of the execution and had the same responsiveness and communication. They were able to start Monday and complete both homes by Thursday as the weather was good to us. They did all permitting (took a few days) and scheduled the inspections. All the work was done without us having to be present. They set up a group text for communication once the construction started - - and were very responsive to inquiries as well as keeping us up to date. Having work done on your house is never fun, but this experience is as good as it gets.

They are both standard warranties for any customers to get without asking from a roof company when the roof project is done. It is also very frustrating that after asking the company - "Quality Roofing" more than one month, the company is not able to provide me both warranties. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: Although so far I still didn't receive both warranties from the company - Quality Roofing Top (formerly Quality Roofing), I want to recognize their roof job by adding more stars after the test of a series of winter storms.

The owner Jay was very trustworthy and the project manager Elijah always followed through with what he said would be delivered. The workers showed up early each day as promised and did a wonderful job. I also loved the progress picture updates after each day of work. AAR had the best contract and price after sourcing multiple quotes. We even got the upgraded Solaris shingles by booking by a certain date in October which was awesome because they refract more heat in the summer. We added new gutters on for 4k too. If I had any constructive criticism to offer it would have been to communicate more with the placement on the gutters because we had to have them come back to make a patch and move the gutter to the side because it was better looking on the side of the house rather than a focal point in front. But as promised, they made it right and got the job done with my particular request. Our house looks so much more updated with these Morie Black Landmark shingles, rather than the old terracotta tiles that we had before. I've already referred 3 people to their company and my parents got their roof done by them a month later! It was a bummer they wouldn't honor a referral discount since they said we would have needed a sign out on our lawn to get a discount. They were very professional throughout the entire installation process and super willing to work with us, including coordinating around an ongoing solar installation and helping us out with finding the right paint for a new beam among ~10 paint options we had in storage (even after I gave them the wrong one initially!). Just really committed to customer service throughout the whole process. Really pleased.
