Worst part is I warned him one week prior that there was excessive nails that we've been picking up and he claims he came by and did another sweep. All they had to do was lay tarps or plastic down to prevent this. Or don't do the job so fast and be sloppy and just throw everything off the roof in every direction. Or maybe have the owner actually be on site when his workers are working and prevent situation situations like.

MCR were very meticulous and perfectionists ("fineschmakers"). Hank was always pointing me to little things that needs to be taken care of and which they fixed. Examples include fixing some mortar cracks in the chimneys, replacing some roof boards, and dealing with the bay windows decorative roofing that required complex custom work in order to make them look nice. The owner Jay was very trustworthy and the project manager Elijah always followed through with what he said would be delivered. The workers showed up early each day as promised and did a wonderful job. I also loved the progress picture updates after each day of work. AAR had the best contract and price after sourcing multiple quotes. We even got the upgraded Solaris shingles by booking by a certain date in October which was awesome because they refract more heat in the summer. We added new gutters on for 4k too. If I had any constructive criticism to offer it would have been to communicate more with the placement on the gutters because we had to have them come back to make a patch and move the gutter to the side because it was better looking on the side of the house rather than a focal point in front. But as promised, they made it right and got the job done with my particular request. Our house looks so much more updated with these Morie Black Landmark shingles, rather than the old terracotta tiles that we had before. I've already referred 3 people to their company and my parents got their roof done by them a month later! It was a bummer they wouldn't honor a referral discount since they said we would have needed a sign out on our lawn to get a discount. He told me I had a dozen roof tiles that were broken plus he recommended I install gutter filters. He stood me he could fix the tiles and install the filters and I agreed to have him do it. At the time I didn't sense he was fraudulent and when he asked me to deposit money to pay for a portion which amounted to around $1,000 I did. Well guess what? He never came back. Months and months of excuses as to why he couldn't do it. At one point he created a long story about someone being sick in his family and if I couldn't front him $300 he promised his life he could come the next week to complete the job. He's a complete liar as he never came back. Israel... please stop lying buddy. Grow up.

However, I asked him to come again to trim a tree and take a few pictures of my roof that I needed for my homeowners insurance and that's when the problems began. When trimming the tree he accidentally knocked off and broke a few of my roof tiles and told me he would come again to replace the tiles. While waiting he asked that I pay him for the job so he can buy the tiles which I did. I waited for over 3 weeks of back and forth texts that state he will come for sure on certain days and never showed up repeatedly without communication. Furthermore, when I tried calling him he wouldn't answer. Aside from happily receiving payment and taking my money for an incomplete job I am now stuck finding someone else to complete this project. Very disappointing.

From the initial phone call to the gutter cleaning, Jesse and his team were on time, efficient, and thorough. While he was up on the roof, Jesse showed us where he found a few cracked tiles and explained that they weren't posing any issues yet, but we should get them repaired/replaced at some point. Since we had extra tiles lying around, he came back the following week to work on the roof. Additionally, when we asked if there was anything we could do about a few of our gutters being extra loud during the rain, he offered to come back to install some sponges that might dampen the sound of the rain hitting the gutters without blocking water flow. We decided to try his solution, and after a few days of rain, so far so good! I highly recommend Jesse and his team for any of your gutter needs!

It took awhile to schedule everything by Gilbert kept me informed through out the process. The repair team was excellent and also kept me informed throughout the day. The repair person (Hob), took extensive pictures and showed me the before and after of each section repaired. I would highly recommend this business even though I thought they were a bit high on the estimate.. but quality of work was again excellent.
