I had a good experience here. Nobody came up and bothered me when I was just looking around browsing, I like that. After looking around bit I asked a few questions and the staff couldn't have been more helpful at the counter. Very knowledgeable and even offered to help me with all of my growing endeavors since I am new. The staff also help me load my soil bags into my vehicle. This is a true review. And I will go back again. I think some of the bad reviews here are just competitors because, I didn't see anyone that looked tweaker-ish. Lol Ps Tweakers think everybody else is tweaking. read more

The guys that work at this store are DUMMMBBBB. They sit in the back of the store, long enough to where if I WANTED to steal anything, I would be able to. But FORTUNATELY I'm not that kind of person. You can hear them coughing and smell the weed coming off of them. SOOO Unprofessional. Once they finally do come out, they just hover over you. went There couple months ago seems liked the workers was annoyed by the present of the customers. They all have their eyes glued to the monitor in front of them don't even say hello or acknowledges that I am there.They looked like tweakers. With so many Hydro. shop around why should I go to this hole in the wall with bunch of shady looking employees and no customer service. I agreed with Katies S. comments the ML comments is properly some body they know or family with a nicer comments. Hope the owner read these comments before the store go belly up. Will not return o this place. I give one star due to the location of it is closer to my house. But no thanks, willing to drives further for a better Hydro. store. Well stocked, good location, but only a few items are priced and the employees seemed annoyed by the presence of customers- the fact they looked like tweakers didn't help either. So, no prices and shady employees. This was only one experience, but it's unlikely I'll shop here again- too much competition in the area, so I'll continue to search for a good shop. read more

These guys are the best in town when it comes to knowledge and prices. The fact that they are open 7 days a week is a big plus for me. I've been in here a few times. The employees aren't all that friendly & don't really acknowledge you unless you're one of their friends/regulars, or you've been standing there for like 10 minutes waiting. If there's not that many people there they will help you pretty quickly though. I've never really tested their knowledge, hopefully they know their stuff if I ever do need help. Nothing here is priced, which is annoying. They can play the pricing game & charge you whatever. I really do wish they would price their products. It's frustrating walking around & having no idea what things cost. They have a decent selection though. This is to hopefully get someone's attention perhaps the owner (s). I visited the store this am about 11. I was checking on an order I placed. It wasn't there so I left. On my way out the bottom edge of the door caught my heel, went through to my skin and scraped the skin off. I did take a picture once I returned home so I can share that if anyone doubts this. Ok so someone is thinking "Quit wining". But, wait. I went back into the store after looking under my sock to find skin peeled back....I told them what happened...my heel was cut on their bottom metal edge that is exposed. A clerk came out looked at the door didn't seem to care about an injury...he looked at the door and said "This is nothing". He returned to the store. I feel slighted not to mention a little piss__, that in reality I was ignored. Ok so somebody else cuts their foot on the door? Maybe they wake up and fix it. Or is it the responsibility of the building owner? Who should I talk to? Thanks.. Go see it for yourself. read more

Came here at 9:45 am and it was closed even though they supposedly open at 9. First of all there are a ton of homeless people in the parkinglot. You can even see their "camp" from the store. I see what I assume to be a homeless person rummaging around in their car. Ass crack showing and all. We walk along the whole length of the building front, confused as to why it's still locked up, stand in the parkinglot trying to figure out what to do now that it's not open like it was supposed to be. As soon as we get back into our car and start driving away the gross guy who's been cleaning out his car walks up to the store and unlocks it. Wtf? I get if you're 10 min late opening up, but if you're in the parking lot cleaning out your car with your butt hanging out when you're 45 minutes late with no other care in the world, see people trying to get into your store, don't give 2 shits, then casually go unlock the door as soon as they start driving away....ummm... yeah. We will never come back here. Going to go try out the hydroponics store on Greenback and Hazel. read more

Very rude customer service. They pick and choose who they would like to help. I believe they're prejudice honestly. They greet every "white" person and they don't even greet or ask if i need help at all. Even if i spend money at their store. I purchased an order and they told me that it would be in later on that week and i come back couple days after the set date and nothing. They said that because the order was not filled it was not sent! Seriously you tell me that now and not at the time of purchased. Terrible business. They have you running back and forth giving you bad advice. They don't even know what they're talking about. They have great prices but i would rather spend more at a different store who has better customer service. Glad i found a new place where my business is appreciated. Hey experience it for yourself. I would not write a bad review if it only happened to me once but it happened everytime i came in and that was back to back days so there is no excuse for their rude and Bad service.
