The people that run and work for this business are unbelievably hands down the best, most honest, fair and empathetic people you will ever be able to find anywhere. I can't thank everyone that had the pleasure of working with from this company enough. When my vehicle b broke down at an enter section off-ramp on highway in Kalispell, I was already beyond stressed out. At that point, it already been commuting from the Seattle area in Washington every other week or so getting my dad to eye appointments for cataract Surgery's , I was impact on the way to drop him off at a full appointment from surgery when my car broke down. My insurance company was no help in getting a tow truck out and only offering me reimbursement for one. so I was left on the side of the road with my father ( who was also starting showing signs of Alzheimer's) that needed to get to a follow up cataract surgery appointment, obviously do not have time to research any company just had to rely on pure luck. I could find a decent or any tow truck to come out. who's company popped up first so I called him immediately and they were there within 15 minutes. Not that but two showed up in between the two after learning are situation situation. one of them loaded my father and me up in the truck with the AC blaring as it was hot out and took off trying to get us to my father appointment before they closed, leaving the second amazing employee for this company behind to tow the vehicle. Unfortunately, Dad missed the appointment but was able to reschedule for the next morning. So that left the question where do we want the vehicle taken and what would we like to do well from being out of state I had no idea I was lost. Didn't know where to take the vehicle at all whatsoever. No idea how I was gonna get a rental vehicle or anything to get us back to libby where my dads house was. Realizes this these two amazing employees of this company Took over spoke to each other for a little bit and then came up with a plan for us. They took us to a dealership who took my car in that day right there and then! This dealership also got me a rental vehicle in order to get my father back to his house. They also had diagnosis of the problems with my vehicle before the end of the next day. So you're not only this amazing company help us out more than they ever had to more than anybody else would have. They also got us help from another amazing company. Definitely gonna be leaving a review for them to! I cannot begin to even think you guys enough and cannot recommend any better than this company. If you need any kind of service, they may provide call ''tis company before any other, you will not regret it! Green Tow got me out of a pinch! I lost my keys (they fell in a lake, it was a sad day) while I was visiting from out of town. They were able to come on short notice and take my car to the dealership and get the keys replaced. They were very knowledgeable about the specifics of my vehicle and they charged fair market rates. The alternator and battery in my car had died, the owner Kevin was prompt in getting to my location, very friendly and professional. Prices were very good, and he even gave me a ride home (a mile and a half in the opposite direction of the auto shop where my car was being towed), and this was at 7 am right after what he said was a long night of towing for him. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and Green Tow. We returned from a whirlwind vacation trip where we spent part of it in Columbia Falls, MT from 12/24/23 - 12/29/23. On Christmas Eve, our rental truck slid into a rut where it remained until Kevin rescued us on 12/27/23. He went above and beyond the call of duty by picking us up from our very remote AirBnb, taking us to our rental, pulled our rental out of the rut within minutes and drove our rental on his flatbed until to a more level part of the road where he unloaded it. Thank you for your patience and professionalism. You were another positive turning point in minimizing a stressful situation along with salvaging what was left of our time in Montana. We are forever grateful! When you have any towing needs, do not look any further. No one else can hold a candle to Green Tow. Thank you again! Oh, and we ended up having lunch at Nickel Charlie's. We were recently in an accident early in the morning (unfortunately hit a deer) with our RV while in Glacier National Park. Fortunately Green Tow was able to respond quickly and efficiently. Not only was our driver (John) good at his job, he was friendly and helpful. He made contact with a friend at Alamo and managed to obtain a rental car when every agency was fully booked. Kevin at Green was helpful in providing us assistance and quickly moved the RV to local repair shop authorized by insurance. We highly recommend this business, if your are ever in need. read more

I never write reviews but this experience deserves one. I made a bad call and ended up very stuck in my 4x4 truck up near Hungry Horse Reservoir today. When I got cell service, my first call was to Green Tow who I had heard from a friend was the best tow company in the valley, and also had the capabilities to get a vehicle out of a very bad situation (one that wouldn't allow a tow truck to drive to the stuck vehicle). I called and spoke with Kevin, the owner. Kevin was extremely professional and had a great attitude. He drove all the way from Kalispell and met me in Martin City (I had to walk there to get cell service). Kevin picked me up in his roll back and had his off road custom jeep with a winch loaded on his tow truck. Kevin had a great attitude and didn't make me feel like more of an idiot for getting myself into this situation. Kevin went above and beyond and did all sort of things with a winch and his jeep that I hadn't seen before to get me back on the road. Due to where I got my truck stuck the process was tricky. I truly do not think any other tow company in the valley would have showed up as quickly as Green Tow did, not to mention having a specific "recovery Jeep" to get back into the thick of it. I also think that when other companies realized where I was stuck it would have been a "good luck, you need a snow cat, we can't get back there." There was no way a traditional tow truck was making it where I was. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and his price was more than fair for everything he did to get me out of there. About a week ago I got my car stuck in some mud and I don't have towing insurance, however I do have AAA. I had a horrible experience last year with a company called OH's Towing who is AAA's towing provider in the area, when I called in for service last week I found that they are still the AAA provider. Needless to say I declined service and checked around as I DID NOT want to deal with that company again! My friends husband works at a local repair shop and told me to call Green Tow as they had done a great job for them and that they were new to the area. So I did and let me just say that Kevin (the owner) and John his lead driver, came to my rescue not only in a timely manner, but they were very professional and courteous. They also explained to me how they would proceed in the winching of my car before proceeding. They had exceptionally clean trucks that didn't smell like smoke (which is a nice change). I was allowed to sit in the truck instead of standing outside in the heat while they did their job. They had my car back on the road in a matter of minutes. My car was so full of mud that they towed it over to the car wash for me without charging me for the tow. I was only charged for the recovery and they were quick and professional about it and not delaying the job in order to obtain more money.
