Jonathon was an amazing dental hygienist, I told him I've been having severe tooth pain and he cleaned my teeth very gently around that area and made me feel extremely comfortable. The bad part was despite having severe tooth sensitivity, I was shoved out the door without getting to talk to the actual dentist, they were too busy to give me an oral exam and explain what is going on with my tooth and if/how to fix it. Had to make a whole new appointment just to see the actual dentist which is extremely inconvenient. read more

I am beyond ecstatic with my experience at this dental office, and particularly with the work that I had done today. Dr. Kyle did an amazing job with my anterior fillings. I had some wear and tear on my front 4 teeth over the years. It has been a big insecurity of mine for the past 3 or 4 years, and I was anxious to have the issue addressed. Lani (the hygienist), Dr. Kyle, and I discussed the various treatment plans that were feasible to me moving forward. We agreed that placing fillings on the front teeth first, and then moving onto addressing the issue of my open bite using Invisilign (further on down the road when we were able to save up some money for the procedure) would be the best course of action. I appreciate Dr. Kyle's willingness to collaborate on the whole treatment process. During the filling placement, Dr. Kyle constantly checked in with me to see how satisfied I was with the process (regarding color, shape of the teeth, etc.). He also checked with me beforehand to see if I had any questions regarding the whole process. I really appreciate the fact that my hygienist Lani and Dr. Kyle were willing to communicate and discuss everything regarding my dental health. Sometimes, certain dental practices or doctors will make you feel like you shouldn't ask questions, or brush you off, or make you feel like they're not even listening to what you're saying or what you want. Best Dentist Office!!! Staff is friendly and helpful. Dentist Dr. Tetz amazing and funny. I got everything done, cleaning and crown placed in one afternoon. I went here before and the hygienist that did my cleaning was great. This time Dr. Tetz said he would do it, if I didn't mind, as the person helping him was going to lunch. He did a great job! My crown took about 25 mins. for them to make in office, I was glad I didn't have to come back for the two appointment if usually takes for a crown. The best dentist experience I have ever had. Consistent, too. Unlike previous dentists I have been to, they don't try to upsell me on treatments I don't need. Also, I was super scared to return to the dentist due to COVID because I am at increased risk due to underlying health conditions. They went above and beyond to make my return visit safe and comfortable, and had several added safety features like asking for vaccination status, symptom check, temperature check, a vacuum to suck out potentially-contaminated aerosols, and an anti-microbial mouthwash. The dental tech was thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. She checked in on how I was doing regularly. They also laughed at my bad jokes. I meant to write this review after my first visit 6 months ago abut I totally forgot! I wanted to show my appreciation for McKenzie who is my dental hygienist. She is honestly THE BEST hygienist I have ever gone to. If you have any problematic teeth, she makes sure to be extremely gentle around them, which I truly appreciate. Some hygienists in the past, at different practices, have not shown the same level of compassion and consideration as her. I also have a very irrational fear of getting my teeth cleaned, and she makes the process so smooth and easy. I honestly wish that I wasn't going there to have tools in my mouth because I could talk to her all day. McKenzie is very personable and friendly. I really really love her and her work. Well, for starters I'm 42 years old and would probably do just about ANYTHING I can to avoid going to the dentist. I can't really tell you why, but over the years I've grown to DISTAIN my dental visits. Maybe it's my past experiences, the grinding, the pain or the insensitivity of my oral sensitivity? Regardless, going to the dentist has been something I go out of my way to avoid. That is until I found Green Valley Dental. I just wanted to take a moment and say, if you hate dentists, like I did... Give Green Valley Dental a chance. This is my second visit in 6 months, and I can't say enough how WONDERFUL of an experience it's been. My dental hygienist Nina, was awesome, she cleaned my chompers, took time to be careful and was very personable, friendly and never once made the experience painful or the cleaning the least bit uncomfortable. It was actually a really great experience, I left feeling great and ready to reschedule my 6 month ckeaning in October. Additionally, Dr. Tetz was really down to earth, he came in and talked to me about invisaline, didn't oversell it as a (must do) and seemed to generally understand the (wierd) anxiety I have, which grew over the years from past terrible dental experiences. My daughter and I have been going to Green Valley Dental for our dentistry needs for two years now, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. When we originally went, I had no dental insurance, and Green Valley helped arrange financing via care credit; later, thankfully, I received dental insurance through my employer, and Green Valley coordinated with my insurance provider to determine the amount of co-pays, on the spot! My first visit to Green Valley, I hadn't been to the dentist in over 20 years, and had two broken teeth that I thought were going to have to be removed and replaced with crowns. Dr. Tsang examined me, and said overall, my teeth were in pretty good shape, and that she could repair my broken molars with a new procedure called 'onlays' - so I wouldn't need crowns. Two years later, no mouth pain, I can chew again. And I'm no longer afraid of the dentist! Also, this place is convenient because they have alternating Saturday appointments. read more
