I had a few tooth extraction from this dental office totally painless and fast. Recently I had my bridge done and it was great experience. I was fitted with temporary bridge while my gum's still healing. Did not placed the permanent until it completely healed. Great office atmosphere, staff are very nice and upbeat. DR. Jorgensen is hands down the best Dentistry and Orthodontics in Solano County. I have been going there since 1989 when Richard Jorgensen had the profession and now go to his son. Who is just as good as his father. The son has added orthodontics to the office and is a professional at that too. I recommend this dental office to EVERYONE I know and they are Super Popular and Very Trusted! Staff is fantastic and very professional. I wanted to share my most recent few experience at Dr. Jergensens clinic. Unfortunately, I felt like I was treated more like a dollar sign than a valued patient. The focus seemed to be more on the financial aspect and rushing the procedure rather than providing quality care. I believe that a strong patient-dentist relationship should be built on trust, empathy, and genuine care. However, I as well as my other family members didn't feel that connection during our past few visits. It's important to feel heard and understood, especially when it comes to our oral health and that is not something I believe Dr. Jergensen provides at this time. For this, I wouldn't recommend Dr. Jergensen to anyone seeking dental care. I believe there are other dental practices out there that prioritize patient well-being and provide a more positive experience. Although this is our experiences, i would emphasize doing your research and gather multiple opinions before making a decision about your dental care. read more

I had major tooth pain on a tooth in the back of my mouth starting on Friday. Tried calling multiple dentists to get an appointment and no one was open. Went to see a dentist the following Monday who said they could fix my tooth the same day and provide all dental services in their office. When I went into their office the other dentist looked at my tooth and said I needed a root canal and gave me a prescription for pain meds and antibiotics and told me to schedule a root canal in 3 to 4 days with another office. I was upset and confused to why my root canal could not be done that day like I was told. They told me they could not do the root canal that day because it was infected and they do not do root canals, not what o was told over the phone. I needed to get my tooth fixed ASAP as I had only slept a total of 6 hours since Friday night. Dr. Jergensen was recommended by someone my wife worked with. I went straight over to his office after the bad experience at the other dentist office. As soon as I walked in and explained my situation to the receptionist she took all of my information and tried to fit me in the same day. They had no openings but told me they could get me in the next day at 9 am. I showed up for my appointment at 8:30 am and they got me in early at Dr. Jergensens. Everything went good from start to finish. The staff and Dr. Jergensen are friendly and everything was explained up front from cost to procedures. I have found my new dentist and will be going back to this office for all my dental work from now on. Thank you and your staff for making everything so easy from getting signed up with your office to getting the procedure completed. read more

Jergensen Dentistry has been nothing but kind, curtious, and a real breath of fresh air. I had no idea, based on past dentist experiences, that there could be a down to earth, truly caring, and actually pretty motivational dentist office out there. They get excited to see I'm all caught up, and don't pressure me. They tell me what is important, what could be helpful, and never make me feel bad about myself. As a young lad, my family never really instilled how important taking care of our teeth was. So over time as I grew older and stared really taking care of myelf, my teeth have stayed pretty weak. Jergensen and his team have really helped me feel healthier and good about my teeth. I am sincerely grateful for that. Found this dental office through Google searches and reading other reviews. We have GEHA dental insurance, and not many places take them. This office does, and was able to see me the next day. Mind you, it was the end of the year and they were closing the last two weeks for the holidays. The staff and doctor was so nice, and I didn't feel judged or scared to show them my teeth. If they were judging, I wouldn't even have known cos they made me feel so comfortable. I even got my husband to go, and he hates going to the dentist. He even scheduled his next visit - so that says a lot. read more
