In the hospitality and service industry, acknowledging an employee's mistake with an apology is the professional response, not dismissing a client's concerns or labeling them as nitpicking. We are reasonable people who trusted your business and employee. This experience fell short of the professionalism we expected.

The bed had been "made" but sheets had not been changed, despite my leaving a clean set of sheets on the bed. My kitchen floor was barely mopped, there were dirt and stains all over the floor. My counter tops were not wiped down, my dining room table was also not wiped down, my stove top was not wiped down, the front door stove dirty and stained, microwave dirty---these are simple things that should be included in a standard cleaning service, not asking for anything above and beyond here! I messaged the company immediately with photos of the dirty floor and stove and was told they were sorry and that they would offer me $10 off my NEXT cleaning service which they would do a "deep clean" next time rather than a regular. I replied that I felt that was unacceptable, as I just spent $75 to have my apt cleaned and now would have to clean it myself. They never responded to my last message. They should have returned to my apt to clean it properly or offer me a partial refund of some sort, as I clearly did not get what I paid for! Best part of all of this, is that the cleaner left me his business card before he left and when I looked at it, it stated he was the owner!!! I was promised a pre-move in deep clean including windows within a specified time period and afterwards found dirst and hair throughout, and the crew did not get to the windows. In addition, they broke a panel off of my kitchen cabinets as well as a light fixture in my bathroom and blew a fuse because they didn't know how to clean my stovetop properly and used too much water. As an example of how inadequate the cleaning was, when they finished with a bathroom I found that they had not lifted up the linear drain and there was a ball of hair from the previous owner of the house - this is basic cleaning 101. On top of all of this, the company then overcharged me. Thankfully I I caught it. When asking for a credit on the charged price (not even a full refund which honestly is warranted given my experience) they refused. Extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service. Avoid!!
