Making an online appointment could NOT have been easier. I got there about 13 minutes early, filling out the iPad form took five minutes, the actual printing is done optically and sent digitally to NICS and other agencies. I had my receipt and was on my way fifteen minutes after arrival. Worth every penny.

They were answering the phone calls handling customers who were walking through the door doing the fingerprinting taking payments and answering questions all at the same time and while not appearing to lose their patience or giving short answers. I was extremely pleased with my visit and my interaction with Coy. He was extremely personable holding a conversation about the process I was going through asking me what steps I had completed and telling me what else I needed to do. Any other services that this company offers I will more than likely schedule with them. He said this is his first business because he saw a need for it in the area. This will now be my go-to place anytime I need fingerprinting done (hopefully not too often!). I was in and out on a matter of minutes. A few other people I know who had their fingerprints done elsewhere have had issues with everything going to the correct location. Meanwhile, I was notified by my Board that they've already received everything less than a week later. The process couldn't have gone more smoothly.
