I came in for an endodontic consultation regarding a possible retreatment of a tooth that had previously had a root canal. While I arrived on time and was promptly taken back for imaging, I was unexpectedly charged $160 for an X-ray the doctor said he needed. After that, I was left waiting for over an hour with no updates. When the doctor finally arrived, he was dismissive, defensive, and showed a complete lack of respect or compassion. Scheduled an appointment for my son and I at Normandy which put us out April 14th. I get a call today from THE RUDEST rep to tell me the doctor wont be available for the date that was scheduled and they need to reschedule my son. I explained I need a date that works for both of us because of my work schedule. The rep immediately got an attitude because I asked her to DO HER JOB and disconnected the call. I've only been going to this dentist office for about a month, and the very first time I went, there were four girls sitting at the desk on the computer, and none of them knew what my appointment was for ‍. That was my first red flag. Then yesterday, I call ahead to make sure I was scheduled, and when I arrived at 3:30, I was told to wait a few minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and asked one of the ladies at the desk how much longer it would be. She told me to wait a few more minutes and that they should call me shortly. I waited for another 30 minutes, checked again, and she told me they were running behind and there were people ahead of me. It was almost 5 PM, and she told me to wait more or reschedule. I shouldn't have to reschedule because I made an appointment and waited over an hour to be seen! I'm going back to my old dentist. This office is unprofessional and all over the place. + no one likes answering the phone. read more

Extremely poor service! Waited an hour for a 5-minute X-ray and evaluation that is required before having any care done. Proceeded to wait an additional 45 minutes before having the fastest and least comprehensive cleaning in my life. Of the 15 minutes I spent in the chair to have my teeth cleaned, half of it was being "sold" on additional services (and thus charges) that I previously stated I did not want to participate in. I felt scammed, insulted, and that I wasted hours of my day. I typically write reviews of businesses with exceptional service. Unfortunately, I felt the need to warn the public this time about the many negatives associated with this business. If this was the only dentistry in Duval County, I would drive elsewhere for my dental services. Terrible experience! read more

"Go sit down we will see you shortly" Hour and a half later I get taken back. THEN I sit in the chair for another 30 minutes till anything happened. Took two hours to tell me I need a root canal. didn't get the root canal. They told me to reschedule. this is the first time I've ever written a review. I've been going here for a couple years now, and never had a good experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone please go anywhere else. The staff is not bad dude people nice, but they just take forever every time. It takes at least at least 45 minutes to even be called back. Pretty sad. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Got here at 2pm, didn't get seen until an hour later. FOR A CLEANING. 2 people got here AFTER us (my siblings) and got brought right to the back. I have been here for OVER 2 HOURS for a simple CLEANING. Wasn't until I asked them how much longer until they're seen did they take them back. Then the lady who was taking my sister's X-ray pictures was rude and had an attitude even though she wasn't the one waiting there for over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could rate this dental facility a negative 10 I would. i switched to this location when I moved to Arlington area. It has horrible customer service. I have encountered their foolishness more than once. Today I only went back to get my crown. I knew this would be my last visit due to a more than hour wait when I went prior. I had informed them I had a 1 month old infant and I was breast feeding and needed to be home by a certain time. They were inconsiderate and I left in severe pain. Today I had a 7am appointment. I was on time checked in and waited. Around 7:25 they ask me to fill out a form. At 7:30 I ask how much longer. The front desk women (reddish orange hair and no mask) informs me that she let someone go ahead of me at 7:28. The she continues to allow people to go ahead of me. Mind you my 1 year old is with me and has an appointment at 8:30. I am so disgusted by their lack of care when it comes to their patients time and situations. They lack empathy and understanding. Never going back and I suggest you don't even try. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. I waste 2 hours on a orthodontist appointment (which it looks like they automatically book everyone for to bill for unnecessary services) when I clearly asked for general dentistry. I told the lady how frustrated I was and would not be back. She was very nice apologetic and encouraged me to rescheduled. I took a 7am appointment a week later only to be told by the rude snobby white women at the front desk "we don't start until 7:30 so I don't know who would've told you that." I grabbed my child and will never return to this office again. The center is filthy with old hair on the bottom of the exam chairs from God knows how long! Brace wires stuck in the carpet from God knows who mouth! The customer service here is below acceptable and the entire front desk staff needs to be retrained! This has been the worst service I've ever received from a supposedly professional establishment. read more

I give Dr. JL Marcos and the staff at Greenberg Dental at Regency location 5 Stars for their service. I was scared and very nervous about getting a root canal done. Dr. JL Marcos talked to me throughout the procedure assuring me that everything was going well and that I was doing good. Had been going there seeing Dr. Gabler and her assistant Sherry. They are amazing! My daughter had to see the orthodontist so they scheduled her with Amy Poblenz. I lived this office until we saw her. She is extremely rude. My child started crying and she said in a very rude manner, i can't hear you. I apologized that my child was crying and spoke a little louder. She then bagan to stare at my child and would not even look at me when i tried speaking to her. I continued to try and get her attn. It was very unsettling the way she was staring at him. I continued to try and talk tk her and she would not look away from him. She was extremely irritated. When she left, the front office girl, Shayla, came in and gave me my paperwork. I asked if there was another orthodontist my child could see. She said, "may I ask why?" I started explaining to her and in the middle of explaining she laughed and walked out. I asked if she wanted to hear the rest and she said, " I don't want to hear it". I loved that office but i will never again go back. I'm not so sure what that doctor was thinking but her face told all. Very unsettling. I do not trust her with my child whatsoever. I can't imagine how she would act if my child being seen started crying during dental work. read more

The worse dental experience I've ever encountered. They broke a piece of the utensil in my tooth and then lied and advised they told me about it. I would NOT recommend to anyone to have any dental work done at this location. Pictures on the wall are fake, (my before pictures looks better than my after pictures) They don't stand behind their word, they made my bridge, cimented it in, and Dr. and assistants were in the room and they all made a show on how good my bridge looked. After they permanently installed it I told them I didn't like it, and not one person that has seen my teeth said anything good about them (other than employees of greenberg dental). I made an appointment and had seen the Dr. again and told him I didn't like it, he said it was the best he could do. I have called their customer service, no luck. All i wanted from Greenberg Dental is to make my bridge right and if they are unable to do that to refund me the money so that i can get the work done by real Dentist!!! This establishment has to be the worst dentist place to go to ever!!! I"ve gotten my wisdom teeth removed and everything seemed ok until about five days later when I felt something polking out of my gums stabbing my tongue every time I talk, eat, swallow, and drink. I took my medicine like I was suppose to and I still was in pain. I called the dentist office on the six day where I've expressed to them I was in pain. I was placed on hold for about 15 minutes before I decided to hang up. I called back and this time i was placed on hold then hung up on. I called back for the third time where I had to explain myself to three different people which is absolutely ridiculous. I went to the north sides location off of Dunn ave and I thought everything was taken care of when the doctor cut something out of my mouth. About an hour later I still feel the same thing. I'm in tears at this point Because I've taken my pain medicine that I was prescribed and I'm still in pain still can't talk, eat, drink, or swallow. The very next day I call the regency office and i'm placed on hold for an hour in counting because I'm still currently placed on hold while I'm writing this comment. I would not I repeat I would not advise anyone to do business with these people. The fact that I'm in pain isn't urgent for them. I also did my cleaning there and it was a rush job I wasn't so satisfied with that either. read more
