I've had some good interactions and some bad interactions with Flower Bed Creations, and am a…read morerepeat customer at two different properties I've own. I contacted Steve via text and via e-mail very courteously to fulfill the requirement of the warranty on a few rose bushes his team planted for me at our main home that never grew. Four of the ones that he planted for us died. He responded and scheduled a time to come and replace them. On the day he scheduled to come, he called and said that the roses were not in stock and would be the following Monday. I never heard from him the following Monday. His team them abruptly scheduled a date and time to come to plant something that I received via e-mail and didn't know on that date and time either, which was a Sunday afternoon. I kindly parked with flags the plants that needed to be replaced under the warranty from an over $1000 purchase I made on plants. The communication is subpar and I fear they do not want to fulfill the stipulations of the warranty on plants. Beware of this type of interaction and any promise they make on warranty fulfillment when you purchase services from this company.

They charge $175 per hour and assured me their team works efficiently and doesn't waste time--but that wasn't my experience. In the end, I paid over $350 just to have my front and back lawn cut and some leaves blown, and the quality of work didn't justify the cost. Kids in my neighborhood charge less than $100 and leave it looking better than these guys did. When I raised my concerns, they completely stopped responding. Overall, the service was overpriced and mediocre. They know the work they did does not match what they charged me. And when I said something, they went ghost. No way I'd use them again.

They park on a curve and at the direct end of a neighbors driveway making it hard to get out of the driveway and drive safely around. When asked directly if they would consider backing up to not block others and get away from the curve, "we will think about it" was the reply with a smirk on their faces. They then proceeded to unload the truck and proceed. I was just looking out for the safety of their truck and the drivers in that area. I felt this was disrespectful and would never suggest this company if you live in a neighborhood with narrow streets.
