My issue is with billing. During my home assessment, I was told all billing would be billed when the assignment was complete. I had to give them a canceled check so they could bill my checking account. I called a few days later and wanted a hard copy of my statement. That's when I was told they bill every two weeks. I asked if they could bill the total amount due at one time. I was put on hold. Hmmm. Had to wait for a few minutes. The young lady came back and didn't know. I asked to speak to the billing supervisor. I was told she would call Me back. The billing supervisor never called back. What I didn't like was being upfront I was told one thing and they did the complete opposite. I live on a fixed income. I had the money in the bank when the services were completed. Not a nice thing to do to an elderly person.
