I reported the issue immediately, didn't hear from them even though they have a 24 hour managed phone line. the next day I called and emailed again, i was told the issue would be resolved by 7pm. I arrived back to the property at 7:30 to still have to the problem not resolved. Called and emailed again... after 18 hours still not reply so I called and emailed again. If you decide to book with them beware that if you have an issue it won't get resolved.

You have to pay outside of VRBO with a difficult-to-use service and have to pay an additional 3% fee to use the difficult-to-use service. We tried to reach them twice during business hours without success and finally called the "emergency" number, left a message, and received a call. Unless you like getting ripped off and spending a lot of time and aggravation booking a vacation rental, steer clear of any properties managed by Towns Property Management.

It's a bit pricy but for us it's well worth the money. These guys worked their butt off hauling heavy furniture and totes and nothing was damaged. They work quickly and efficiently. They allowed me to tell them exactly where I wanted the items and they put everything where I wanted. Took the furniture apart and put it back together correctly. We didn't catch all the guys names but the leads name was Dee. All in all we are very happy with the guys and this company and Lord forbid we ever have to move again we will use them a third time.

Installers did not show up on time. Instead of the 8-11 a.m. window on Friday as scheduled, they…read moreshowed up at 3:30 pm. They did call around 11 to say that they would be an hour late. 2 promises broken. When they did show up, they did not have a long enough drill bit to run the cable through my wall. That meant a two hour drive to the closest big city to get the right-sized drill bit. The installers left at 8:30 pm. The new internet was not functioning. The installers were independent contractors. They said that they could not make my internet operational but the company would get it running in a day or two. The cable was strewn across my yard forming almost a 270 degree arc. Needless to say, it was not buried either. That apparently is another independent contractor. The installers said that I would be contacted in a couple of days to schedule the bu of the fiber optic cable. Five days later, no call re burying the cable. The internet was connected yesterday by a Point technician who was checking the work of the independent contractors. He said that the fiber optic cable was improperly connected to the junction box in my yard. The technician also stated that if the cable had been connected properly, it would have been on on Friday. The internet did work for a couple of hours. Then it stopped. It got started again when I called customer service. It ran at near the advertised speed. Until it didn't. That was in the evening when I tried to watch tv. When I called customer service, the tech side was closed and I had to call back today. It turns out that the company provided modem is "known to have issues " which have been remedied by installing my old modem. Now I have an appointment next week for a technician to bring me a new modem. What are the odds that he will show up during the scheduled window? Last thing. The salesman who told me to call him if I had any problems, when called said "I can't help you with any of that." Not a great way to start out. Be forewarned.

His website was professional, which is a huge deal to me, and I also saw that he did pickup and delivery. Wow -- that would be a time saver, I knew -- so I gave him a call. He was professional on the phone and asked all sorts of questions about the problem, so I could tell that he knew what he was doing. He picked up my machine, and within a day identified that it was simply overheating. I had read in reviews before I bought the Envy that it was a heat monster, but I wasn't using it for gaming so I figured that I would be okay. Guess not! I have a laptop fan now, which helps, and Aaron installed a program for me that lets me monitor the temps. Since that first transaction, we've used Aaron a few other times, once to fix a broken laptop hinge, another to help us with our home network and router, which was acting up, and yet another to fix the port where the power plug thiny goes in (sorry -- I'm not technical and don't know what that thing is called). We are SO happy to have found Aaron, and will be calling on him whenever we need computer help. It was nice to have a contractor who works for himself and not some big corporation. And so he finished in less than 2 hours and surprised me with a very reasonable bill. So I added on a small tip, and I would definitely call him for any other appliance needs that I might have. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had originally called Lowe's, and they put me in touch with a company that only provides 4 hour windows which means that you have to sit around all day waiting for them. And then, they managed to blow me off completely and close down the office by 2pm. So when I called to follow up, no one was available. They are called M&M, and I guess that they do work for Lowe's warranties products. So, I'm glad that I used yelp to find a different company.

I had to pack up and move my 1,500 sq. ft. warehouse into storage while my new commercial warehouse is under construction, so it was a very large endeavor. Many large and odd-sized objects, equipment, inventory, and furniture had to be carefully packed and moved over multiple truck loads, and this team REALLY came through for me in a huge way! I will definitely be using them every single time I need anything moved! Even more impressive was the short notice of time that they were able to mobilize and assist. I was trying to find movers locally and every other company was booked out for more than a month in advance, and Bruce was so amazing in working with my tight schedule and hard deadlines with my commercial lease date expiring to make sure we got this massive endeavor completed in time! One year later, they moved our furniture into our newly built home. It was a repeat performance. These guys are amazing and care about your belongings and your home. From my experience, Red appeared highly dishonest and incompetent, with no remorse:…read more Red came to fix my Bosch dishwasher then heard that I needed to straighten drains in my bathroom and said he could do it. Instead of adding what was needed to straighten the installation, which required some work, he simply replaced the two metallic T-traps with two plastic S-traps. I now just learnt that S-traps are illegal in the US! I will have to have the work totally redone. He covered me $250 without providing me with an invoice, and kept the T-traps I had (when I asked about them, I got no response). It is just unbelievable. I now realize he fooled me by leading me to believe it was additional work under his business (which it ended not to be), and that he actually knew what he was doing as a plumber (he came with his teenager son to "help" him). For what I now (after the fact...) understand is that if I were to have a flood now, the insurance would not cover the damages, and if I had an inspector come, I would fail. Wow. I left a voicemail today requiring a full refund, but have not yet heard from them.
